I was given a credit due to the truck being completely empty. However, with gas prices as high as they are, it wasn't an even trade. I paid more than my original price.

I was rudely told that I had move my car due to all of the customers that are coming. It was 9 am and there wasn't a soul there. There wasn't anyone customers at all while I was there the whole time. I could have completed my business by the time she walked out to tell me how to park.

James G.Woman was rude and not helpful. We arrived 30 min prior to opening and asked when could we drop off, she snapped and said when I open at 10:00 am. The entire drop off exp was cold, rude. Area was dirty, seemed more interested in selling crafts in store. Will never recommend this location. Area has plenty of locations to choose from. Besides who opens a moving company so late in the morning. People want to start early.

The young lady saw me and offered to help even though the store wasn't open yet. She really made me at ease with the process especially because I thought the 26 footer was mine and I thought Lord, how will I drive this big truck. The staff was kind, understanding and supportive. What more can you ask for?
Bridgette C.I was told I could check in early (before the location opened) and pick up the key from the drop box. After checking in online no code to the drop box was ever sent to me. People were in the store and had access to the key and refused to give it to me. Uhaul 800 number took 2 hours to resolve the issue before I ever got the code. I had hired movers who were waiting for over 2 hours and had to pay them for the time they were sitting there waiting on the truck. Awful experience all around!
