Wonderful experience. From pickup at 5:30 in the morning until that afternoon. I had to extend my appointment and when I called they were very understanding.

LOUIS PThe truck was in disrepair which made it dangerous to drive. For starters, the low tire pressure light was on and there was a shake in the steering at 40mph. Upon nightfall is when I realized that the lighting was sub-par. On dim, I could barely see.......the passenger side headlight was barely on and the drivers was very dim. On bright, the driver's side headlight was completely out. All of these issues made for a very dangerous driving experience, especially after dark. All of these could have been corrected prior to me getting the rental if a complete service walk-around had been done before releasing it to be rented. This also makes me question the seriousness of your follow-ups, because the issues I'm reporting, I'm pretty sure have had to been reported before me. Considering the safety concerns with this vehicle, this was not a great experience.
Keven AI was charged incorrectly and was charged for pads and a dolly that I did not use. I returned them with the ties still attached, mentioned it when I did a self checkout, and still was not contacted about it. Have a backup place for the trucks because depending on the weather, the lot can get flooded

RODNEY JI was skeptical about leaving at another location that I wasn't familiar with at our destination but uhaul has figured it out. 24 hour drop-offs using the app and within a few minutes we were checked out. *after hours parking is NOT designated and grass very tall, just fyi & we never conversed with anyone.

SHONDA NEverything worked perfectly until we got to the page to enter other ID: Employer (system didn’t like retired) or passport (home in safe). Then asked for two people who could verify our identity. Entered this three times, kept going back to main screen. Finally called U-Haul. It was early morning so was on hold for a while. Rep was able to call my brother to verify my identity, but he could not get me to next screen either. Thankfully, owner of pickup location had gotten to work early. She invited us in and handled the rest of our reservation effortlessly. Other than that, everything worked really well. Owner at pickup location, Barnyard Antiques, was AWESOME. If U-Haul can work this glitch out, would be perfect. It may not be a glitch; could be a one-time thing. Great experience overall. Price extremely reasonable!!

Kevin SThe U Haul and location was fine. What I’m more upset with is the service. I scheduled a week in advance for a 10’ truck in my hometown five minutes away. On the scheduled pick up date I received a confirmation that everything was ready. Went to pick up at 4:00pm as scheduled and they had no truck. He had to call and get them to arrange another one. I had to drive forty minutes away to pick it up and come back to my hometown. Mind you this is .99 a mile that I wasn’t expecting. After attempting several times to speak to a manager about offering some type of deal I was then informed I got a discount in the means of getting a bigger truck. I didn’t order a bigger truck. I didn’t need a bigger truck. They then gave me a discount of a whole .20 cent off per mile but this was still unfair as I shouldn’t have had to drive 40 minutes there and back when I scheduled in advance to avoid the extra mileage. My total mileage was 90 miles for what would have been a 30 mile trip had the U haul been where it was supposed to be. When I picked up the automatically charged me a 50 mile charge costing me 72 from the jump then charged me another 72 after returning because the gas was not all the way on half a tank plus the extra 40 miles. We literally had the truck from 5:02pm til 9:00am. I just don’t agree with the customer service and this will never happen again. Being a woman trying to make moving a little easier for myself in turn bit me in the butt and cost me 145 for 16 hours of use but an hour and a half if that was traveling to and from to pick up and drop off. When asking about dropping off at a closer Location to save mileage they quoted me a 450 dollar fee for that too. Just never again!
Susan HInside the truck and the trailer had heavy cigarette smoke smell …. Was very strong had to air out and spray down to try to help with the smell
KANTESSA SNo one there. Had an issue with the equipment. Representatives put in my records the problems we had with the truck and for them to call me. I reached out to them and did not get an answer and was charged fees that was out of my control.

Clark GI booked my reservation 4 miles from my location, but at the last day I received a text that my pickup would be 30 miles away. Uhaul ask if I would pull a 6 by 12 enclosed trailer for them to my destination for $25.00 and I said no. Then I was reloaded to a 30 mile location away from my home. Didn’t set too well.
Woodrow WLook into your phone system. When calling during busy times, you offer the option to have a call back instead of waiting for the next available agent. When they do call back the prompts don’t work. Tried pressing 1 or 2 or 3 but didn’t work. Received call back several times and it never worked. Otherwise , everything went smoothly and very satisfied.
John KPick up our U-Haul at this location was awesome. The employee turned a horrible experience into a pleasant one. U-Haul is very luck to have this location as part of there company. It is nice to know that U-Haul does have people who actually care about their customers.

Dennis LUhaul changed my location 3 times. Then had me drive an hour out to get my uhaul only for me to find out my tow dolly was cancel. I had to call uhaul to figure out what was happening. I had to pay for a tow dolly twice and wait for my refund to refund to my account 3-5 business later. I don’t blame this location but I am blaming uhaul.
Shaparis RDid not have the furniture pads I needed, and kept removing them from my reservation without telling me. This left me running around to get pads before I could load the truck.
Richard AI was given a credit due to the truck being completely empty. However, with gas prices as high as they are, it wasn't an even trade. I paid more than my original price.

Tammy FThe shop keeper was quite rude. When I pulled into the parking lot there was no lines so I parked by the door. I was rudely told that I had move my car due to all of the customers that are coming. It was 9 am and there wasn't a soul there. There wasn't anyone customers at all while I was there the whole time. I could have completed my business by the time she walked out to tell me how to park.
