Nothing . All was great. But I did want to tell you that the check-In process asked me if the truck was clean enough for a new family to use. I wasn't positive, but I put Yes. There is some dirt left in cab and back because we transported lawn clippings. I swept it out, but it could use a spray. Thanks.Brian W.
The cargo van was new and clean. Easy to drive and gas up. The experience for on line service was user friendly, staff was great, and notification messages were timely and useful. I would definitely use Uhaul again and the location was a short drive. Thanks very much.Jeff J.

I called ahead of time and reserved a 15ft truck. On the day of my pick up, I was told that they didn't have that size truck available. They never did. Yet the lady still booked it for me. It made the entire move horrible! I had to use a smaller truck which meant we had to take 2 trips. And that meant I had to pay the movers more for staying longer. The location is the ONLY good thing. I would not rent a truck from them again.Danielle H.

location and pick-up process was great. The mileage rate was absolutely OUTRAGOUS! I get mileage reembursement for my job and 89 cents per mile is criminal. I will look into any and all possible other options for rentals next time.theresa G.

Have vehicles available at requested locations or don't offer them at those locations if they are not going to be available. Also offer discounts for same day returns. $360 for a 4 hour rental is ridiculous.Maya K.

Finding the location was a little confusing, the message was not clear that the pick up was in the same location as the Barone GardenGarrick C.
Pick up and drop of was fine, but I was charged for more than double the miles I actually traveled. So far, no one has responded to my emails about this. Feel totally ripped off. Avoid this place if you can.Jonathan S.

This was not the original U-haul location where I was supposed to pick up the truck. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Burien. I had to take an Uber ride to this location, which costed me time and money. The U-haul service representative on the phone the day before said she would reduce the price to $800, but she never did. Eventually I did get a refund of $50, which about paid for the Uber ride.Jeffrey S.
When we arrived only one of the three add ons were in the truck waiting for us. When we asked the manager where the utility dolly and furniture pads we had requested were, he said that he didnt have any. Our reservation confirmation had stated that these things would be available with the truck. I had to drive 30 minutes away to another UHual location to pick up the things I needed.Kara S.

The location was closed when I attempted to drop off the U-haul truck. When I arrived the next day to drop it off there were no parking spots to park my car so I had to park down the street and walk back in. Also, there was a very small sign saying after hours drop off which would have been nice to know about the previous night. The sign was so small it was hard to see from the road and when I called the location I had rented from they had no knowledge of this option so they were unable to suggest it resulting in having to drive the truck back to my residence to store overnight.Andrea C.

Give drivers an idea about stow/haul button. Offer ropes, (essential!!) blankets, dolly for rentals, especially to inexperienced self-movers.Arthur C.

I showed up at 11am, the time of my reservation. I was told my truck wasn't there yet and did I want to wait. I ran errands and came back at noon and it was still not there. Only upon my suggestion did they give me another truck in which it then took a half hour to process. I was not given any discount for the hastle; instead told "well we gave you a larger truck at the same price". No apology was ever given. The customer service was extremely poor and I won't use this location again.Danielle G.
