Pickup was very difficult and inaccurately advertised. U haul website reservation said pickup was mobile pickup but we had to use the counter. The app was glitchy and had no instructions for how to pick up they key. And no signs clearly indicating how to pick up the key or vehicle or where it was located either. Had to climb a hill to get to it and find out we couldn’t get the key anyhow. There was only one employee who was helping others and it took us full hour to pick up the vehicle because of the wait and other issues. The person before us had parked the van right against the curb so it was very difficult to get out of the parallel parking spot without further damaging the tires. When returning the vehicle we filled it with gas, but the gauge wouldn’t go up normally. The gauge already showered much lower than what I would expect, & Then the gauge did go up after I paid for extra gas only to immediately jump down. It jumped up and down several times in the small stretch from the gas station to the return. The u haul return in the app also doesn’t have an option to upload additional photos although I did take photo evidence the gauge was not working and was jumping constantly. The parking location was also difficult to take the required photos as it is a busy street and the angles required me to stand in the street to get the shots.

How U-Haul Reviews Workfairly clean but there was a used tissue inside the cabin between the seats :') is the only issue. other than that the van was great
Joanna HVery nice place to drop of the vehicle. The person working there was very helpful and showed me where to park and quickly helped me finish up. Street parking was not the greatest, but the person their directed me to their lot and the rest was easy.

Jo HThey gave me a car that wasn’t clean. Still has road bugs on jt from the last renter. Also they gave it to me not full but said I could fill it up which I pretty much had to do. But gas is not cheap right now. The parking is on. A hill so I ended up overspending on gas because the gauge isn’t accurate due to the hill. It’s still the most convenient location for me but I was not pleased as they had another clean vehicle up the street.
