When I picked the truck up, the check engine light was on. Made me a little nervous, so I'm glad I didn't have to go too far in the truck.

I would never recommend this location to anyone. They need to be investigated for fraud. Location filed a claim because they said the U-Haul kicked up a rock and caused damage according to the insurance. Stop committing fraud you losers

JoAnn OI don't know where the finger of blame belongs, so I won't single out this specific location... but the Uhaul vehicle itself had per-existing roof damage that appeared to have been repaired (there are patches on the interior), however during the drive to my destination, rainwater leaked into the back causing my shit to get wet. The steering was on the looser side, which means that even going straight with no wind, it required consistent handling. No cruise control means keeping your foot down for hours is a must. Retrofitting some cheap backup cameras to the aging fleet would probably go a long way, but I'm not CEO.. just saying. Some residue on the cup holders from prior spilled beverages means that the cab was maybe cleaned.. who knows. The 75K miles on the odometer may be accurate, but the engine (which ran decently enough) sounds like it had way more mileage than that. I can look past all of this, if not for the rainwater leaks. That's just inexcusable after having to pay just over $1200 to load/drive it for a half day from Florida to Louisiana.

Tobias lI gave my credit card information over the phone to pay for my reservation, when we arrived we were told the reservation was NOT paid for and payment was not in the computer ( my card was charged a holding fee for payment ) so we had to use another payment method. They need to train their employees better on taking reservations !

Brad VThe lady that helped us was very nice, however this was the THIRD location that we had to go to. The first one didn’t have a truck for us and we were never called, the second one that we were sent to was closed, and then we finally got here. We were suppose to get back with the uhaul at 8:30 but didn’t get back til almost 11. Because of these issues we lost 2.5 hours of packing time. We also had to call more people to help us so we could use there car to move since we got a smaller truck than we reserved. We also had to use more gas in our own car and in the uhaul than we planned which is even more frustrating considering gas prices currently. Overall this experience was awful and we spent more money than planned.

VICTOR COnce you complete the paperwork, you must drive to the location we’re the trucks are kept. My pickup time was 9:00, but I was not done until almost 10:00. The full level on the truck was off by a 1/4 tank.

Bob LTerrible experience. I was charged the incorrect amount and the location was unable to resolve despite several calls to Uhaul. I spent 2 hours trying to return the truck. As of now, I still have a completely incorrect $459 pending as a hold in my account and no assurance it will go away on top of paying the correct amount owed (due to extra mileage). Completely unacceptable. I missed time from work for something that should've taken 15 minutes.

Ken PYou need to have people be more accountable for the reservations and don't have so many loopholes switchings and putting people in different area. When you transfer someone for another department make sure that that is the Department of your transfer it in not like happened to my cell that every time that we transfer it was a different stay or different area
