The representative was rude!!!. He requested an additional phone # "in case the truck was stolen" bc I am black. He charged my credit card $30 for mileage when I was only going a mile down the road and back. I was only using the truck to store my household items while my floors were being redone. He made me put $5 in gas even though the gas gage was still within the 1/4 range as it was when I picked up the truck. The location pick up and drop off was not a good neighborhood. The guy was a JERK and that's putting it nicely.ADELLA O.

The receiving agent wasn't going to look the trailer over. I had to return the light hook up that belongs to U-haul because we had to unhook it, he did not.. No receipt was offered - said it would be sent on line. Didn't seem to be knowledgeable about procedures at all regarding U-Haul.BARBARA J.

The guy was nice, I found some bugs in the back of the truck before putting my belongings in it. The wait was a little longer than expected as his computer went down and he used his personal phone to enter my info into it including my credit card, which I didn't like. Had to ask for a dolly a couple of times even though I reserved one before he went and got it. Need more people to help out and have someone do rentals and another person to handle the convenient store, so no one is waiting when they have a reservation.Christine C.
