I always get u-haul for rent but this time it was a little bit frustrating the truck was left with no gas at all. When we went to get the truck the man said it doesn't have nothing of gas thankfully we where in a gas station because as soon my husband was giving reverse to put gas in the truck it turn off not even 15 sec when we turn it on. We left it with alot more of gas the we received it. At the next day I see a invoice charger me the gas. They said the they give me a refund but I am still waiting
Marisel VGot charged for fuel and mileage we did not use truck was on empty put fuel in it and the guy did not check the truck in or out didn't even come outside and look either time next time will be with budget rentals

Claudio SHave U-Haul technicians and employees check their trucks before renting out. Mine had a dead battery and was stranded for almost 4 hours
