Ac did not blow cold. The back of the U-Haul was not swept and they did not have the furniture pads or the correct appliance dolly

Yaasmine CThis move was very unexpected and it was just hell from the very beginning from the day. Our landlord said hey I decided to sell the place and I already have a buyer so you have to be out within 15 days. We almost didn’t find a place and it’s been very stressful And expensive and we did not have very much money to work with. But the one thing that was easy was getting the U-Haul. I know everything is so expensive right now just to live and survive so they actually had the best rates of all the neighboring locations. And because we live in Florida, of course every afternoon there thunder and lightning and rain. So the lightning and rain put us behind the first day I ended up having to keep it a second day, but they made it very simple and just said will deal with whatever additional cost once you return it so Rain and lightning the second day put us behind again, but we were a few hours late getting it back and they worked with us and they helped us make it as affordable as possible. So I definitely will recommend this location. And the place we found to move is only temporary since they are tearing this entire street down to build condominiums and Winterhaven so we will be moving Again, probably the beginning of the year so I’m definitely choosing that location for my next rental. And I definitely recommend it to anybody that is trying to get a U-Haul.

Servando PArrived for 10am reservation and no one on-site could help me I had to wait half hour for the guy to come in. He was rude and rushed so he could leave like it was an inconvenience. When we returned it same thing wrong had to wait. This time almost an hour. And again he acted as if we were a problem to his busy day. Never again, total turn off to uhaul.

Renita cIf a customer puts more gas into the truck, than they were supposed to, I feel that you should substitute the different on the total of their bill . So that customer doesn't feel like they give more money than usual 🤔.
EVELINA HI was charged 88 dollars when I picked up and then when I returned it I was charged 42.96. The next day the $88 charge was gone and a charge of $131.31 was in place of that. The $42.96 remains out of my bank which I spoke to the person who rented me the Uhaul and he said that was a charge from uhaul and the money should be back in my account in a few days. The charge is still there and he won’t do anything about it which mean I paid over $175 for half of a day of use. I am not to happy with that and would like the $42.96 returned as he said it would be Thank you

Linda WIt took an entire day to find a location that actually had the truck size that I needed. Once finding a location with the truck the process of completing the rental took over an hour. I moved out of town however Isaac from Uhaul regional Tampa set up my reservation to return back to location which caused me to incur additional mileage charges for driving back to renting location a city and half away from where I was going. The return process then took again over an hour. This was by far my worst experience. I have had. Going forward I am looking to never use this company again. I will hire movers.
Jacqualin CAs a business owner I have never had this type of experience from Uhaul. I went to pick up a trailer, the store owner asked for contact information for every person with me, emails/phone numbers. I have never heard of such a thing. I will never recommend this location to anyone. This was the worst experience I have ever had with UHAUL
Christa GI would recommend but with some caution. Make sure you have an employee check the gas gauge with you before pulling out with your truck. I think I got screwed on about $30 of gas.

ELON HIndividual checking us in didn’t seem to understand process or was just trying to assess fees - we filled up gas when he tried to tell us we didn’t have to. The gentleman also was persistent on disconnecting and parking the truck and trailer because he didn’t know how to. We parked it in a secured location at the small gas station and left after he checked us out. He continued to call and text us to come back to park where he wanted it parked because he kept stating he didn’t know how to driver it. Customers should not have to do their job, and definitely not get harassed in the mean time

Cheryl WTook extremely long to do the return and get back deposit . It would help if the owners of this location spoke English ( it would probably speed up the process tremendously ). They need more training on your return process .

Cheryl WWaited 3 hours for the guy to figure out how to use the system on the computer to rent me a car trailer it was ridiculous. I will never go back to that location again. Note I actually rented the trailer from another location but they made me drive further to another location to pick up the trailer. I requested the rental several days in advance of my arrival. And they over charge me for the rental. They added coverage that I specifically told them I did not want. They guy said he didn’t know how to take the charge off which I’m not certain but seemed like a scam for him to make more money. Disputing the charges now.
Nelson PAbsolutely atrocious customer service, said I dropped off trailer at a different location when I dropped it off at the same location less than 24 hours later. Will never rent a u-haul from them again. Both times I rented from them it took well over an hour to get the trailer because they would help other customers before me, and going as far as completely stopping our transaction whenever a new customer walked in to cater to them. I was not given any confirmation for pickup or drop off either of the 2 times. The owner got into a loud yelling match with someone in the lobby the second time I rented from them.
Connor JMy appointment was for pickup of a dolly at 9pm. I arrived at 8:50 and was told to wait 30 mins. I waited 45 and went back in to be told, “he is on the way, 30 mins”. Went back in at 10:30 and was told “I’ve been here since 10”, and was asked to give him 10 mins and agreed. 30 mins later they closed the gas station and gave me the paperwork. Shouldn’t have to wait this long with an appointment. Staff doesn’t appreciate the business clearly

Maria Swe travel 45 mint to pick up this truck and This location made us wait 4 hours for our reservation—due to a lack of knowledge on document processing— the companyof UHAUL contact the location several time he keep saying some one was coming and we had to wait for another rep to come to work—showing up at 2:45pm when our reservation was at 11am—when we later discovered it was the son of the first rep, who lived literally 2 minutes walking distance from the location, and several clients from the store express that this is not the first time they do this, in fact, they do it every time, poor customer service and rudeness
IDALIS JThese people had absolutely no customer service. Owner made me wait a whole hour to get my rental because he had to go hang Christmas lights. My pickup time was 130 PM, I was not able to leave with the vehicle until we’ll after 230 PM. The owner was also notified that I had been there for an hour and proceeded to check out other customers ahead of me. This location needs to be dropped from the list of Uhaul vendors, because they are giving Uhaul a terrible reputation.
Kalia MIt said there was 1/2 a tank of gas but it was just over a 1/4 . I had to wait 25 minutes for the guy to come to the store so I could get the truck. It took 1 hour to get the truck and get the gas to where it should have been. Very unprofessional. It was a joke!!!!

MICHAEL CCould not get the online check out and in to work. Then had problems with my reservation. Ended up having to cancel and have the store clerk register the truck for me.
KELLY BCommunication and dealing with the system was frustrating. The locatiom gaurunteed a 9' cargo van online but then there was only 15' on site. I tried to leave but the confusing attendant who could not pull up my order and ended up cancelling it. I wish I could have gotten a pickup truck or cargo van anywhere in Bartow and not have to deal with this location.

WESLEY BTook 30min to get on the road. Was late for what I needed to do. Truck was clean. Guy tried to make it accommodating for me. Just didn’t end up the way I wanted it as far as a 2:30 leave time so I could get back in plenty of time
DANIEL Prude, poor communication, would not provide me with any acknowledgement that I dropped the truck off, did not even look to see if I did drop the truck off

KYLE SMy dropoff location had to be changed since the original dropoff location wasn't taking trucks anymore. There needs to better communication so that sites that are no longer with uhaul are no longer on the list.
Ronnie GThe representative was rude!!!. He requested an additional phone # "in case the truck was stolen" bc I am black. He charged my credit card $30 for mileage when I was only going a mile down the road and back. I was only using the truck to store my household items while my floors were being redone. He made me put $5 in gas even though the gas gage was still within the 1/4 range as it was when I picked up the truck. The location pick up and drop off was not a good neighborhood. The guy was a JERK and that's putting it nicely.
