We had difficulty with the padlock for the key, etc.9 or more pictures to take and emergency contact info to insert and wait for phone confirmation. It was a lot on an already stressful day. I felt like I worked for UHaul.

Joseph WDamaged side wind fairing that was documented came loose during my move. Had to buy duct tape to secure it to complete my trip
William SI didn't get a dolley as I ordered. Truck was parked in a very difficult spot with a sign next to and a car both very close and was difficult to get out. Spot was too narrow to navigate safely.

MARK FThey were very helpful, and considerate! They did everything to accommodate me since a pick up truck was not available, and I needed a 1 7/8 ball not a 2in ball to haul a utility trailer. They took the truck back in for me to get a hitch accessory and let me rent it the next day for the same price! So thankful for them!

daniel TI’m not happy with being charged for gas on a 7 mile round trip. I put in 10 dollars when I returned. This was the third weekend I rented a truck doing the same exact thing over all I was very happy with the excellent staff
SHERRY ZWe were scheduled to pick up truck at 9 it was confirmed with Barts, We get a call on Saturday from Uhaul , After we scheduled labor that the truck won't be ready until 10, we agreed since we were on the road and could not find another truck while driving. Sunday morning bart calls us at 930 asking where were we since he showed up to rent the truck. We get there and the truck has been sitting over night . This shows that your office does not know what is going on with the fleet.
