They were great! I’d definitely rent from here again!
Lydia CBarts was extremely courteous and helpful. The U-Haul enclosed trailer was not in very good condition. The garage-style door repeatedly got stuck and could not be budged by 2 people. I had to resort to banging the door open or closed with a sledge hammer (this problem was partially alleviated by using a spray lubricant I fortunately had in my truck). Also, the trailer hitch receiver did not have a safety pin; I had to make a makeshift pin using aa carriage bolt.
