Joellyn R.This location needs to improve on their maintenance with their rentals. It seems like they just rent out the uhauls not caring what condition they are in. My uhaul was stank inside, to were I had to wear my mask inside it. It needed oil and the tire in the back had low pressure. Not to mention when I got there to pick up the van the owner of the location asked me if I could put air in the tire and patch the hole. Other than that I was able to keep the van for a full day which was convenient and it was spacious enough for me to move all my things. I brought the van back without patching it up because it wasn't my job to do.

MALIK K.Agent was very rude. I have been using U-Haul for a while, this was my worst experience. The customer service is extremely poor. They hung up at me at least twice. The first time, I call to ask if I could return the truck at a different location. The guy literally yelled “No†and hung up. The second time, I call with a sample billing question. This location does not deserve a U-Haul franchise. I don't even feel like my credit card is safe with them and I have now to call my bank to replace my credit card. This is not the kind of headache one should deal with when you use U-Haul.

Paulo P.I had one major inconvenience but commend the U Haul team immensely for all their help, the original pick up area: 13311 W DIXIE HWY, NORTH MIAMI,FL 33161 not only was extremely inconsiderate in regards to customer service but also attempted to scam me by requiring me to pay in cash. Once I refused, without shame said well good luck there's a lot of other rental areas close by. I called customer service and when I returned to see if the situation was cleared up, I was told by his work associates that he is no longer going to be in office today and no one else could assist me. When I called back, customer service was kind enough to offer me a $50 credit for the inconvenience and an additional 30 miles.

RICARDO R.Worst expierience ever .. I had a rental scheduled. For a pick up at a different location close to my residence . I was informed when I called this morning that they did it have the truck there .. Then they sent me far south .. While on my way I called and they sent me to a closer location but still far .. Truck I received was much larger then I needed or had reserved .. but I had to take it . Was not able to get truck into pickup location so the move was Nuch harder . The staff at the original location were rude and didn't care .. They will learn what karma is .. Would not recommend Uhual Worst company ever !!!
Donald E.Stop over priceing your customers specially on the gas millage, you guy charge me almost 50$ just got 40 something miles usesge, i payed almost 200$ for just one day and 40 something miles, one of the most horrible experience of my life, never will i go back to that location again.
FALICIA O.I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL DAY FOR BRINGING THE VAN BACK TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. HOWEVER, THERE SHOULD BE AN HOUR WAIT BEFORE THE PERSON CAN RENT A UHAUL, UNLIKE THE THIRTY MINUTE WAIT FOR THE RETURN OF THE UHAUL. TRUE ENOUGH I BYPASSED THE TIME ALOTTED BUT IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME TO PICKUP THE UHAUL WAS EQUIVALENT TO THE TIME TO RETURN THE UHAUL.

WILDALY L.The location was 10 miles away from my original requested location which made me exceed the miles in the one way contract. If you do not have the unit in the requested location, then the location should not be an option for that rental on the website.
