To drop off, the personnel should be more concerned about how the experience was, instead of just saying leave the keys on the table and I have two trucks to close out so I’ll do it. I stated it was a one way and he repeated leave the keys. I couldn’t state the issues I had, although I addressed them with Customer Service on numerous occasions. He said he would send an email of the receipt close out.
