The guy Ali seems not customer friendly, I did a walk-in to pic the truck. When I asked for availability, he said not availble because I did not reserved online. I see online it is availavle and I reserved immidiatley and he said the truck is available now. Not making sense, he straitaway can provide me the truck, when i walk in. It appears he is lazy do not want to enter the customer details and provide the service ASAP. He wants that the custmer do all the task online, then only he can give the key, not happy. The otherday I confirm with other guy, he said. I can picip the truck by walk-in. AND after finidhimg my tadk i filled the gas and returned and i charged additional 11USD for gas. This us my first time, Not happy.

AMBER NUpon returning the truck to the drop off location, the rep was very nice and courteous but was unable to refund for that Dollie on his end, but I was promptly charged for the extra mileage.

LESA ASelf checkout is really horrible and I added cart as part of reservation but they haven't kept one in the truck.. self checkout is worst of the case
