For new users, they must provide instructions on how to find the location or agent before activating or completing the process to obtain the keys. Because most people believe that mobile operable means that the truck can be opened with a mobile phone, pass keys, or something else. So, the main process is to locate the agent and then activate or do the approval process. Also request to add a video on how to operate the truck. Ask users to complete the before activating

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location does not have any mobile pickup capabilities, but is still available to be booked for mobile pickup at any available times. Lost time from my reservation due to having to wait for the store location to open. Reserved moving blankets, but this location had none available. Was told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas left, but upon entering it was already on E and I had to immediately go get gas. Would not recommend this location.
Chase DOk first their were no instructions just go to the back of the building the van was given to me with 55 miles of gas left in the tank . No instructions to wear to drop keys off
Michael HHave equipment available, such as dollies.
Shreka JThe people that helped me at the counter were fantastic, at pickup and drop off. The truck was clean in the back but the cab was dirty, fortunately having the back clean for moving my belongings is more important than the drivers seat.
