Upon returning the truck to the drop off location, the rep was very nice and courteous but was unable to refund for that Dollie on his end, but I was promptly charged for the extra mileage.

Self checkout is really horrible and I added cart as part of reservation but they haven't kept one in the truck.. self checkout is worst of the case
