My biggest problem is that they charge me for an extra day when I return the truck on the correct day before the correct time. But on the receipt that they sent me they put that I got there at 3:01 p.m. and the drop off time was 3:00 p.m. I was there 15 minutes before 3:00 tried to call several times finally got through because I could not find out a place to park the truck. When I did finally park the truck my wife was following me to bring me home and a man walked up to her car and scared the hell out of her I had to jump out of the truck and chase him off there was a bunch of questionable people hanging out in a group right by the establishment. I had my 8-year-old daughter in the truck with me and she was scared to death. The lady I talked to on the phone was nice but for some reason she thought it was okay to lie and say I dropped the truck off 1 minute late and charged me for it an extra day. There was more gas in the truck then there was supposed to be but she still put on the receipt that it was at half a tank when it was really slightly over. The truck was clean inside and swept out in the back. The outside was 30 but that was not supposed to be my responsibility. It was a very long day and I really did not need to have to deal with any of these problems that the drop off location people calls me.

I returned equipment on 4-09-2025 but the equipment never showed I returned it until today 4-16-2025 after I went there and asked why I got a email saying the equipment was not returned

Sintasia BThe lady Barbra that is over this location very rude and lacks business ethics. She does not know how to talk to people over the phone. U-haul should not let her be a contact for them. They will give you the wrong key and call you harassing you to make it seem like you did something wrong. The young lady that works for the actual store was nice and sweet. I would not advise anyone to pick this location if avoidable.
