Everything was easy. The gentleman who helped me set up the rental was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the experience pleasant for me.

U-Haul of Patchogue messed up my reservation that was made seven or six days in advance then I was dealing with a nightmare because they sent me to another location for a smaller truck which was a bigger inconvenience since I was moving a full house and I was stuck there for 2 1/2 hours trying to do the mobile app and I couldn’t get customer service hung up on me twice and I can’t get in touch with anyone. I would not give this any recommendation whatsoever and I would like for someone to reach out to me because it was not right.

Nothing, really. In my part Everything was good stuff very pleasant. They explain all the details how to pick up the truck and how to return it

The gas tank was below empty and gas light was on. Had to rush and get gas as I was riding on fumes. I would just suggest that if renters return on empty that there is a little gas for the next person. Overall office staff was very nice and helpful and gave me a gas credit.

The manager was personable and helpful. Someone rear-ended me.and he helped me with the process. He was down to earth and helpful. He even called me later to follow up. Excellent customer care.

Ease of pick up and drop off.

UHaul customer service made the reservations for 8 am the location didn't open till 10. But someone did come in about an hour early. UHaul customer service was given the distance from pick up to drop off but didn't give me enough free miles, so I had to pay extra even after I dropped of the truck a day earlier

This location has NO SERVICE OR WIFI so it makes it impossible to pick up the truck & complete all the needed picture uploads. It took me over an hour to complete my mobile pick up, that should have taken 5 minutes. Never going back here.

The gentleman we worked with at this location was great. The truck was in great shape as well, clean & comfortable. My issue was that they changed my pick-up location to a location much further away from where I was going and then charged me for extra mileage, not to mention the extra gas I had to use.

After The Uhaul at Vets Auto didn’t give me my code and the owner of the building (not the auto repair guys) didn’t even bother to help me , uhaul at Bayport storage came to my rescue! Excellent service!
