The self check in and check out process was beyond frustrating and horrible. Not sure how this location is when open but I would never do another rental using the app when closed. App kept crashing and making me restart both the check in and check out process multiple times, at least 5 times. Absolutely absurd

Upon arrival, truck presented had “check engine” light illuminated, needed to be towed away from my residence the next day due to leaking gasoline. Clearly, the truck SHOULD have been out of service. Another truck was re-presented to me the next day, it was older but traveled and moved my family to Florida without issues.

JEFFREY RWhen I rented the van, I took a picture of the mileage when I was in the u haul lot. When I returned the van I took another picture of the mileage in the u haul lot. The total mileage was 54 miles, I was billed for 60 miles. I called the office and left my name and number with the secretary, no call back to date. This makes me wonder if the mileage is padded on all rentals! The issue is not the extra small amount I was billed, but billing customers for the exact mileage they used. I believe an inquiry should be done to see if this is common practice!
