The equipment ordered (blankets and a furniture dolly) were not included in the truck. The app is horrendous to use. The average wait time to speak with a live agent when the lpick-up ocation is closedt to resolve an issue was over 20 minutes! All in all, it took over two hours to resolve my issue!

Rowena JThe only thing I didn't care for, was the message I received about entering information into a website. I didn't understand it. A lot of people are older and or don't have computer equipment at their fingertips that every minute. I have to do all that kind of stuff on my phone and it's just too frustrating. Automation is great, but it shouldn't be forced upon people. Therefore we really struggled to get the vehicle back in the same day which was hard because it was a Saturday and early closure. Otherwise everybody was helpful. And the overall experience was okay.

Philip WThe 800 number for Uhaul gave us a facility 25 minutes from our storage bin which also was A drop off place. The husband went into the office to talk to Beach storage and the attendant. She was very nice and helped us with the transfer to drop the truck there. She took it upon herself to walk the husband through the questions and to submit the right information to relinquish the truck at her Uhaul property. I was very happy that the changes were made by her especially since we were renting a storage unit from her. Both persons in both situations that had nothing to do with the original pick up or take him back to were very helpful. Maybe Uhaul as a company should give these individuals some kind of incentive since they were both so very helpful.

James MMy overall UHaul experience was disappointing. I signed up for a truck and pads at one location, only to be told when I went to confirm, the truck was not available and to call to find out where to pick it up. In addition there were no pads per my contract and we had to call around to several locations that were out of our way to find pads. I am not sure I would rent from Uhaul again after this experience.
