The 15’ truck had a flat tire on the rear which we found during the inspection. The Beacon Supply location tried to put air into the tire but the only air compressor they had would not reach outside their wood working shop. We spent best part of an hour fooling with finding an air pump that would pump that much air. By the next morning it was flat again. I called uhaul roadside assistance and they came to my house from about 20 miles away changed the wheel/tire … they got there fast and did a great job. You should never give a customer a truck with a flat tire!!!!!!! My future rentals will never be uhaul.
MATTHEW MProblems with truck stalling out, rear door frozen shut. Lock to get key was frozen. Tried to charge me for things I didn’t receive. All around worst experience. First location gps wouldn’t pick up location, so I had to wait 2 hours for new location

ROBERT REliminate the link process. It does not work to well. I had to send the pics to the representative at Beacon Supply when returned. Link wouldn’t let me download pics and or fill out the information needed. To time consuming anyway.
