Better lighting for late evening returns. I had to walk around the truck in the mud to take multiple photos upon return. It was hard to see.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWasn’t as warmer, inviting as expected But I’m just looking to drop it off Interesting where the drop-off was versus the office Quite a walk
Dante LPrice was too high to use for relocating from one town to the next. Brakes made noise at initial start up. New vehicle with only 1000 mi when I got it. But price at check out devastated me financially. People working at the business were ok.
Julia TVan cargo space could have been swept and hosed down between rentals - there was some masonary debris on floor and in corners.
Karen DNot blaming Beacon Supply, but I reserved a truck from the Pleasant Hills Uhaul location that is less than 1 mile from my house. Instead, I had to drive 23 miles to pick up the truck. Moving is already stressful without wasting 2 hours to pick up the Uhaul truck. I was told that it was "just a little further" than my preferred location. It was a waste of time and gas and totally added to my stress level.
