The older woman who “helped” us was not only generally unfriendly and impolite, she seemed very annoyed that we had rented a truck from their location. She was had a difficult time facilitating the rental (slowly) and gave us no information, I had to ask where I could even find the truck. After getting in the truck I noticed the gas tank was only at 3/4, not full. We went only two miles in the truck and used it for less than 2.5 hours. I returned it with the same amount of gas I received it with. I notified her upon the return and she was accusatory and rude, had no idea what to do and asked her manager who also didn’t know what to do and gave me a business card for their uhaul manager. I explained him the situation and sent him the photo I took of the gas gauge. He assured me he would look into it, but I have now just gotten charged for them to fill up the gas tank for gas I didn’t use since they gave it to me at 3/4!! With added charges I have now been charged nearly $70 for a 3 hour truck rental driven TWO MILES that is advertised at $19.95. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Drop off though it was within posted hours, there was nobody there so I had to call the main office to get more information on drop off. The support was great and assisted with no problem

I had an in-person reservation and was told I had to use the online app and do everything myself. This resulted in over an hour delay. I also ordered 3 dozen moving blankets, ultimately received 1 dozen, and was told I would be credited back for the other 2 (this did not happen. Lastly, my total cost before the credit was $143, yet I was charged $157 when all was said and done. There was no explanation for the higher charger. My overall impression is the customer service at this location was awful, and made my moving experience with UHAUL awful.

The U-Haul was horrible and scary to drive for two hours because the alignment on it was so bad that it constantly pulled to the left causing us to have to continually over correct while driving a full load on the freeway. I was very disappointed by this. This vehicle NEEDS an alignment done on it badly. What a scary drive. Furthermore the app let me process an overnight return to then find out there was no drop box at the return location to then be told I went over on mileage and that I would get a final email for the return after driving back up the next day to drop the key off since there was no Dropbox. You would think if there’s no dropbox to do the overnight online return that it would not have allowed me to process the return. I have yet to get my email showing the invoice for being charged for the over mileage. All of this is very frustrating outside of how nice the girl was when I picked up the U-Haul in Phoenix. The entire experience was horrible and frustrating down to the point that I have yet to get my email showing that the return was received. I have never been more disappointed with U-Haul.

Tried to rent using online rental and pick-up. Arrived to pick up truck and got message that no equipment had been assigned despite confirmation and text reminders. Waited 20 minutes on hold using number I was told to call and phone went dead. Went in to store to speak with live person. The 2 women did not know how to work the computer system, my reservation on their computer showed smaller truck than what I reserved. Took over a half hour for them to figure out the problem with system and they had to call manager. Truck was there but had not been checked in from previous renter. Had to wait for them to check in truck and inspect it. When they gave me the keys, the lady informed me that the truck had a dolly and blankets for use in the truck. I then had to go through the process of the whole online check out which took another 10 minutes. Took over an hour and 15 minutes to finally get the truck. I returned the truck 12 hours early after filling gas to slightly more than when I picked it up. The original quote was $91. Upon return, I received a bill with additional charges including refueling! .I took pictures on return but the pictures taken on pickup that were taken in the app were not available for comparison. I believie I was also charged for using dolly and blankets that sales woman said I could use. The total charge ended up being more than $70 over the original rate and the whole process was a pain! Think twice before using U-Haul and don’t trust their app! If you use them, take and save your own pictures because the pics in app aren’t available after.

Unfortunately the key lock was nearly impossible to open. It took over 15 minutes, reigning the letters. The cab of the truck was clean but had a terrible smell. The app for returning the vehicle did not function after multiple attempts I gave up. Overall a convenient location so I would use again.

The location and the truck were just fine. The rental APP was awful! It was an excruciating experience to try to use the APP on the mobile phone. We wasted 1.5 hours struggling to pick up 1 vehicle. We called the 800 telephone number at least 6 times for help at every step in the process. Yuck! Never Again will I use the rental APP!
