JAMES VThe pad lock for the key was difficult to open. I recommend replacing it.
Michael WLocation was unwilling to inspect vehicle in conjunction with the key return. I waited around outside where the truck could be seen for about 30 min. Uber picked me up., and 4 min later receipt was issued with errors.
