There was a mishap in my reservation. However the store went above and beyond to rectify the situation and have me on my way. Made a very stressful morning very pleasant. I am grateful.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAC in truck was not working properly. I’m sure this issue was not new but apparently nothing was done about it. When I returned the truck, I told the place about the issue.
jeff rIt is located right next to the dumpster, nice and smelly. No personnel were there. The place is a dump. You're instructions at the drop off location do nothing to help return the truck after hours. The instructions need to be in large, bold lettering. Maybe make it easy to return equipment. It sure helps when you the largest member of the cartel that you belong to and can do what you please.
