The pad lock for the key was difficult to open. I recommend replacing it.

Location was unwilling to inspect vehicle in conjunction with the key return. I waited around outside where the truck could be seen for about 30 min. Uber picked me up., and 4 min later receipt was issued with errors.

Eli PThere were ~30 miles of gas left in the tank and it looked as though it had been driven through the mud and a tree, when I picked it up. At least there could have been more fuel. Otherwise, the staff and process were good.
Jason JThe person I dealt with was friendly, but didn't check the van back in until mid-day the next day. I had to call U-Haul customer service to find out why the rental still showed up as not checked in, since I had brought it back the day before at 3PM. Next time I will use the U-Haul app on my phone to check the rental back in.
