Konnie S.We had to go to 2 locations 45 miles apart to pick up our order we were notified of this one day before pickup by email. Our truck was on it's last leg. No air-conditioning. Electrical system in the truck failed. We were unable to see gears, fuel gage and temperature gages. Very unsafe. In addition the roof leaked and it damaged our furniture. Big fail!!! The truck should have never been on the road in that condition. We were lucky to make it in our 1,000 mile move safely.

Kerri A.Customer service was unfamiliar with process, took a long time, second guessing what the steps meant, etc, and even stopped helping me to cut 3 keys for a customer in their store, making me wait even longer. This was after she saw that 2 cars were outside waiting for me to complete the drop off. I am extremely unhappy with this service and that the drop off was changed without my knowledge, causing additional fees. With the location change without proper notification and the additional charge for gas, at this point, I would not recommend Uhaul for moving services. I had even put in more than the required gas to leave it on the tank fullness I received it in. I have never had a problem with uhaul on previous moves, but this whole process makes me leery of using uhaul again, as it was not anything I would want to repeat.

Donald D.The person who rang me up charged me for the insurance, which I had declined at the pickup site, and said he couldnt redo the invoice. He said he would call U Haul to reverse the 70.00 but I don't think he did. Can you refund this amount? Contract # 21843315. My second issue is that when trying to find a trailer at the site at 280 and Como in St. Paul they told me they had no 4x8 s and the clisest was in Aitkin, 110 miles away. So, I left for Aitkin and upon arrival, got an email saying there was one available in St Paul. When I got back to my storage locker, which is a mile from 280 and Como, I pulled into that UHaul store and saw not one, but four 4 x 8s. What went wrong?

Daniel P.Brian at Beartooth is the best! He got us a truck when UHAUL said they didn't have any. Instead of .79 per mile Uhaul charged us $1.19 per mile. Not sure why that changed. All in all I'd recommend Uhaul because they are more readily available and pricing isn't OVERLY expensive.
