Invest in your website! It took over an hour to pick up the trailer because every screen of the app stalled out over and over. When trying to drop it off, the barcode scanner wouldn't load and the only other prompt is to leave a paper copy of the rental agreement in a box but no paper copies are provided at pickup.

Employees didn’t know how to complete reservation and they didn’t have all equipment available from my reservation. Employees were rude and short and had us step aside to complete other transactions. We had a timeline and were set behind.
