MANUEL LVery friendly staff. So appreciative as I have tried to rent before at different location but the customer didn't bring back the trailer so had to cancel. Here the staff was.proactive and called me to let me know that my reservation may be impacted and that they could offer an alternative. I thank them for doing what was necessary so I could get my mother's car home

MARTIN SThey are INCREDIBLY RUDE! I rented this truck to move out of this storage facility because I found another local storage facility that was one third the price monthly for the same sized unit!!! Whenever I had any business to conduct with them, they always made me feel like they were really doing me a favor!!! I'm a consumer just like everyone else is & I feel I should be respected for that. I choose to take my business elsewhere so I can be given the respect I deserve!!! They ARE NOT doing your customers ANY FAVORS!!!

LOURDES MI rented two U-Haul vehicles in the last two months for moving to a new home. The first I picked up from Carpinteria store Locomania Candy store, the windows were so dirty I could hardly see out of them. When I got home I cleaned the windows and side mirrors the rag I used was black from the dirt. The rear of the truck was also not cleaned out from previous renter. I complained and the store manager Ciny said they were going to give me a $50.00 credit which I have not received. The second vehicle I rented also had dirty windows but not as bad. PLEASE call the store in Carpinteria and tell them to processed the promised $50.00 credit. Thank you.

JACQUELYN SThe lady running the site was extremely helpful. I was an early pickup and did not see her e mail with the code to get the keys from the lock box. I called at 0730. She called me back (she doesn’t open until 9 am) I really appreciate her help. Or I would have had to wait an hour and a half !! She is a keeper
RICHARD SThe location was great! The communication and set up with the location worked out. The hoops you have to go through to pick up the truck using the Uhaul App was horrible. It took me 45 minutes to go through everything to get the truck.
Peter BAdd loading ramp to 10" van. If it had one, my last move would have been easier by far. This was my only complaint. Customer service was great from the agent I dealt with.

Gas and location. Thank you for hiring a nice, considered and kind person. The drop off location in Fontana was also great. It was one we used previously. The previous drop off place we went to in Rialto on Lilac and Foothill was closed, so we went to Fontana. Thank you again!
