This was hands down the best U-Haul experience I had, the 2 people from the Storage facility were very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. The gentleman ensured I knew about all the specs of the truck before taking off, he went the extra mile that you don’t usually get at a regular U-Haul facility. Once I returned he asked if I had an issues or concerns to ensure I had a good experience.

I've rented trucks here several times before, and my previous experiences were mostly positive. This time, however, was not good. I rented a 15-foot truck and drove a total of 53 miles. Before returning it, I added 5.8 gallons of fuel, and the fuel gauge showed more fuel than when I picked it up. Upon receiving the bill, I found that the store had charged me for an additional 4 gallons of fuel, costing $29.7. Is it possible that 53 miles used 9.8 gallons of gasoline? I called customer service, and they were very polite and They said they would issue a refund of $29.7.

The engine light came on only because of the tire pressure which alarmed me at first, but then when I realized what it was, I was fine. It’s minor just thought I would mention it.

Older white lady must have been having a bad day, u professional and short, I expect warm greeting and wonderful customer service not mediocre or rude I won't use this U-Haul or recommend this location

It was just a rental of a moving truck. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Not fraud the customer on the gas. I returned the gas at the level I was supposed to. The person checking the truck in checked the gas on an incline which changed the fuel level. I was charged for the extra 3.6 gallons. Also, the windshield wipers were bad. The alignment was bad as well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I am very very dissatisfied with U-Haul and will no longer use your services. I’ll be going with another company from now on.

All of the Uhaul people, in person and via phone, I interacted with for two rentals were very friendly and helpful.

I normally have a good experience but this time was different. The person helping me was very irritable and rude at pick up and drop off. During both pick up and drop off time I arrived close to lunch but still had enough time to complete my transaction and pick up. At drop off I saw the attendant and told her I was dropping off at my unit quickly before turning in the trailer. When I walked in the office 5 minutes to lunch, the doors were locked and she seemed annoyed with me. She didnt give me any direction as to where to park the trailer and when I asked "so I can park it anywhere?" She gave me a dirty look and spoke to me very rude. Then did not help me unhitch and I felt really bad after that interaction.

The customer service I received was great. I rented a truck to tow a trailer and the trailer ball didn’t have enough space for the coupler of the trailer to latch, so Paul found me another option for me to tow my trailer. Thank you.

This was supposed to be open til 6 and a 24 hr drop off… I arrived at 540 and it was closed… I pulled in with a truck and trailer with no way to turn around… no instructions, I had to unhook the trailer and turn it around and it’s heavy. I just left it with no way to lock the trailer up… it was unnerving

These are hands down the nicest U-Haul franchises I’ve ever dealt with. Such cool people. Very clean trucks. Very nice facility. There are two other locations but I never even consider them. Trust me, just go here.

You need to train your 3rd party people a bit more on the load share stuff. I guess during both pick up and drop off, at both places they didnt know very much about it or what they were doing really
