The girl at helped me on the phone was VERY nice and VERY helpful...I would for sure use this location to rent again.....Although....inside the trailer had leaves from an artificial plant. Need to do a quick sweep before sending it out to the next customer.

Make sure that the cables on rolling doors are in working order.our door got stuck open they were there in 1 hour to fix it.even at 1130pm.

Your reservation system still sucks... how is it that you can make a reservation and have the pickup location be 20 miles away only to find out after you've made the reservation.... it's as if there is no value to the customer's time..what U-haul does should be considered bait and switch.

I had a truck reserved at Quality Plumbing but when I got there the lady had gone home for the day. I went to this location and it was so professional and clean I was pleasantly surprised. The man at the counter was very accommodating and understanding and rented me a truck for the evening. I will always use this location when needed. Thanks for the great service!!
