Same here. I parked the truck, handed the keys and they did everything. Didn't even let me unload the dolley or blankets, the woman did it there! Easy as ever.

Stephen BWaited 45 minutes for the owner of the saloon to process the my rental. The truck I reserved wasn’t available, was given a bigger one. When I dropped it off, waited an hour for the saloon owner to process the return. Either the employees need to know how to do the rentals or the owner needs to be onsite. I was also charged twice. Once on the website and once at the saloon. Hopefully this can be straightened out without a hassle, however I doubt it , with how bad this whole experience is

Donald GWhen I called to schedule the rental, the bartender answered and was not helpful other than giving me the owners cell number that never gets answered so we went ahead and settled on line. Called during pick up as we had trouble with the data required by the app for pick up, and nobody ever returned my call for assistance. The beginning Mileage was incorrect, but I was still charged for mileage I never added. Despite my declining the ending balance at drop off. Nobody called to even discuss the mileage discrepancy or charges, just sent a receipt for the full amount with extra mileage included.
Brian Pi showed up to get the truck, employee had no idea what to do. only the owner does rentals and they were not there and could not be gotten ahold of. i scheduled a pick up in advance and was dropped off at the location. i was livid, sick to my stomach. such a bad experience!!! finally i called the toll free number and a uhaul representative was able to check me out over the phone (the employee found the keys). just a terrible start to my moving experience! there was an individual there who also used the uhaul there, stated they also had a bad experience with the owner showing up 30 minutes late when they were moving. the individual renting uhaul is not dependable.

Dakota LPassenger side front tire leaked the entire trip to and from our destination. This caused 6 hours of delay throughout the 24 hour rental, bumping us into additional daily charge.

Dennis NA bit convoluted at first, since only 1 person was trained on the U-Haul rentals. Once it was resolved, everything went smooth and it took about 30 minutes to get the U-Haul and got a free soda with the rental which was nice. U-Haul renters were some of the nicest people in that area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

James KI rented from Marinette but that didn’t work out so I had to go to Beaver. At first, I got charged for additional charges and mileage but that got resolved and I am happy with the resolution.

Becky SThe tow dolly had 2 worn/fraid tie down straps that I did not see untill i got the unit home due to it being snow covered when I picked it up. The dealer did not know that I was coming to pick up the dolly in the 1st place.. I then had to contact the dealer. He was very helpful in my returning it to another dealer for replacement. I dropped off the bad unit and picked up another, but the paperwork never followed the unit. When I went to drop off the unit at the assigned location, I became concerned that it really didnt look like a u-haul dealer. They were closed, so I tried the next day and was informed that they were in fact no longer a dealer. The place that I was then told to drop it off at was much farther away and a waste of over 2 hrs of my time. They were very polite and courtuious at the drop off place, It just seems to me that U-Haul management is at fault in this instance. Overall, I was not pleased at all with this rental. I did the same thing last year with NO issues. I am hoping for a better outcome next year.
Steven BThey said I was over on mileage, according to my records I wasn't, UHaul shouldn't have charged me if I was they didn't have any trucks in Crivitz where I needed to use it and I returned it to Oshkosh where I drove to but I unloaded just south of Oshkosh on off of 26 at Barr Storage, your not given any extra miles for picking up elsewhere or for unloading at a site a little farther away from their dam dropoff. They are getting worse every year, why the hell aren't they in the buildings working everyone else has to be? No reason for them to be getting paid as much when they don't have anyone really working, no overhead. BS they probably got a ton of money from PPE loans also, nothing but a scam, this should be considered an essential service, get to work Poor internet service, hard to checkin took almost an hour to complete the check in
Debra KHave everyone who deals with U haul rentals be better trained.
FRED MEven after I went online and preregistered it took over 45 minutes to complete the rental process. This was no the fault of the local agent but a fault somewhere in the Uhaul system. The agent did everything he could do to get me going and eventually after many phone calls got me connected to an online Uhaul CSR and my rental was completed. I am amazed that Uhaul can get any agents to sell their product as Uhaul does not supply agents with enough equipment, Uhaul is unwilling to deliver equipment to an agent for confirmed rental and Uhaul CSR told me they do not care if I rent from them or not. If not for the local agent I would not do business with Uhaul.
Mark AIt's a bar. No signs stating it is a U haul establishment. I drove by twice. The bar was packed with bikers watching the badger game. The bartender said the guy that takes care of it was out. I dropped the trailer and left. They had one other small car hauler there parked in a field. Nobody to talk to regarding the lights. The trailer I dropped off was the only advertising.

Sam BI showed up on time to pick up my trailer. This location is also a bar. The young lady bartender/ cook stated the owner lived in Stephenson and was not there. She knew nothing about the Uhaul. She stated she would call him and his girlfriend to see if he was coming. She only reached the girlfriend and she told me she wasn't sure where he was but knew he was to be was enroute to my location. I waited 40 minutes and finally had my wife try to do an online pick up. A gentleman claiming to be the regional manager called me at the same time. The regional manager lied to me stating the owner had something come up and thought he was sick. I was instructed over the phone on how to hook up the trailer. I had to jump on the back of it per his instructions to get the tongue free from the ice. It was frozen in. Needless to say I was late to my destination and had no available help to load my items up. Then when I returned it I received no apology from the owner not being there or even help removing the trailer. I will never use this location ever again.
