The person in charge didn’t know how to do u-haul and forced us to use the “app” which kept crashing due to poor signal.

Marge BThe place is a bar , and not everyone knows how to check out equipment. We had to wait for an hour to get the trailer, as the bartender played phone tag with the manager. It was a convenient place as it was open Sunday , but leave yourself more time for pickup.
