BECKNER Automotive/ BECKNER U-Haul office is horrible.. apparently unorganized too. I dropped the trailer off and Mr BECKNER called later asking when I would drop the trailer off. I already had dropped it off. He said there’s one here. Not yours. Did I change trailers elsewhere.. no I did not... I had a bad feeling about that place.. sooo I took pictures of the trailer, where it was parked.. which also verifies no damages.. I shared. Those pics with him. Immediately got a receipt. His reply.. trailer numbers got crossed somewhere... WTFE

While the location was great and when finally having to go inside for help, Randy was wonderful, the app and the entire checkout process was awful and a ridiculous waste of time! It took over 30 minutes of sitting in the parking lot trying to upload photos which the app too forever to load and then weren't accepted and then waiting in someone to reach my contact, which could have been taken care of prior to my arrival. I will never use the app again.

Reserved a tow dolly in Chula Vista, CA, was told the van work work had to have trailer. Which cost twice as much. Then in Texas I was told a tow dolley could be used, made a reservation. Went to pick it up at 4 PM. It was all locked up. After several calls someone showed up and pick up the tow dolley which work great. So I had to pay 600 dollars for the trailer when the tow dolley would have been 300. Do I feeling was ripped off for 300 dollar. A poor way to do business. I would really like a reply on recouping my 300 dollar I paid for as tailor I didnt need. ( that's the difference between the trailer a d tow dolley from Chula Vistsa, CA to Odessa, TX.

I have used UHaul many times for years as I’ve moved cross country multiple times. This by far was the most disgusting UHaul facility I’ve ever encountered. From the outside it looks like theres a junk yard on the side. And then when you walk inside it instantly smells like cat pee and poop. I made sure I looked around to ensure I said the name UHaul because I for sure thought I was in the wrong place.

Go to a location that is maintained. The vehicle had 134K, was outdated, and several different dashboard lights came on during operations and were properly reported.

We had to ask attendant to air up the back tire!! It caused a delay in our time!! Then we get the truck to the house and check oil. We had to add 3 quarts of oil before we could make our journey home.

Horrible experience. Manager eventually was helpful. DEFINATELY BAIT AND SWITCH! Watch out.

Clean the office or at least get the smell of stinky birds out of there!!! Very unappealing smell hit you in the face when you walk in and you think there must be dogs or something and then you hear the bird crackle in the background!!! Other than that he was friendly and good service

We dropped off after hours. We received a text the day before with instruction for drop off. Right before we dropped the trailer off, I texted the location! I received my receipt this morning by email. Prefect drop off location.

I didn't get anything that I need it. I had my reservation for over a month. This is unacceptable for such a big company. Because we got a smaller truck we had to leave a lot of important things behind, for example, our new refrigerator, two computer desks, chairs, frizzer, gym equipment, etc. I can't believe how aweful experience we had. They did not even had an apliances dolly... How can we carry our appliances with out one? At the end it did not matter because our appliances did not fit in the btruck. We also had to leave one of our cars behind because they did not had a tow dolly available. The worst part of all was the callback center customer service. The lady that call me two days before to let me know they had only a 15 ft truck for our 5 bedroom home was very rude. At one point she said; " Lady, when you make up your mind call back". What? You just told me I only have a 15ft truck for my whole house and now I am trying to work it out with different solutions and I was insulted. Then, returning the truck back, the reservation was still wrong were the reciving store wanted to charge me more for not returning the truck on August 3th. I returned the truck August 4th and my contract said I had until August 6th to return the truck. This has been the most stressful and aweful experience that I had ever had.

We dropped off the trailer at this location. Being this was the first time to drop off at “24 hour drop off” it was a little unsettling not getting a receipt, but I trust your system works.

Door was open when I arrived. I went in, but no-one was there. After waiting several minutes, I had to walk next door to the auto shop to find help. He was there and came back to take care of me. I could have stripped 1,000s of dollars of merchandise from the u-haul location and he never would have seen it. Need a sign to look for help next door, or some kind of buzzer/bell to notify them they have a customer.

After setting up a reservation to pick up the trailor, we were later notified that the store was closed and our reservation had been moved. The location we were moved to was one we porpusely had avoided. When picking up the trailor, we had to wait over 15 minutes past our pick up time because the store was closed and no employees were there to open the store and help us. The store did not seem to have any AC and was not well taken care of. It also smelled. The trailor itself had chains that did not stay attached and we had to stop several times to make sure the vehicle was still secure. The trailor also had a wrinkled paper tag that was impossible to see clearly. We were pulled over by police because of the tag while using the trailor.

I went there Thinking it would be a fast pick up Because I had did the pay online thing and RANDY first of all Didn't know that I had already paid and when I told him that I had already paid so it wouldn't take so long he stated "Oh it's still going to take a while " I would never go back there nor will I ever recommend anyone going there. This location is really run down. I had an appointment at 10am that I booked online. However, the owner didn't arrive until after 11. The place is a dump. I wouldn't imagine you guys would want this business reflecting U-Haul.

It's a bit of a small "hole in the wall" type place, but the person who runs it (I think it was Randy) is truly a terrific businessman. He was very accommodating and even though I changed my drop off date and time at least twice, and finally ended up dropping off early, he was never exasperated with me.

Did not open on time at this location. I was supposed to drop the trailer on different location , and that person was rude . No one gave me notification that drop off location was changed. If possible I will never rent again

Need to have the 12' enclosed trailers available in the Midland/Odessa TX area. Pickup location, Beckners Automotive in Odessa was awsome! The guy was super nice and accomodating!
