Todd FNothing. Our experience was good! I would like to shout out Randy at Beckner’s Automotive. When we picked up our truck there was no internet or any phone service. He used Verizon and there must’ve been some sort of outage. When I heard this, I thought it was going to be a horrible experience but Randy remained calm and collected. He called (U Haul corporate office) and handled everything over the phone. They emailed my contract to me. It was a seamless transaction. Way to go Randy!
