Was given wrong keys in the lockbox for truck I was assigned causing another call to customer service and yet another wait. This was already the second location that I had to go to as equipment/truck wasn’t at the original ordering location. This whole process that should have been easy took over 1.5 hours. It was dreadful and an unpleasant delay. It should never take this long or be this difficult.

Monika DAlthough I had a reservation, staff delayed me by a half hour in spite of having two available trucks my size. One was claimed that someone had a reservation (so did I) and the other wasn't checked back in (doesn't the user do that?) On top of this, the vehicle was very dirty in the cab and had lots of unmarked damage on it.
PAUL OTruck worked fine. It was clean. Check Engine light was on for the 70 or so miles I used it, but did not cause any problems. Becks Auto Group has a good selection of equipment and the auto check-in/return works well,
STEPHEN GI had to hold the steering wheel was at a 35 degrees for it to drive straight! It also kept shifting from 3 directly down to 1, and the AC took fr ever to work. The car smells like a barn and there were no cruise control.

Uriah SWe scheduled our U-Haul pickup for 4:30 PM to ensure we could retrieve furniture from a location that closes at 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, the U-Haul manager was not onsite at the scheduled time and didn’t arrive until 5:40 PM. As a result, we barely made it to the pickup location in time. This caused significant inconvenience not only for us but also for the individual who met us to assist with the move and the store staff waiting on us. Due to this experience, I will not be renting from a third-party location again.

Veronica RI scheduled pick up at 9am. I got there at 9:02. The opening employee was just getting there. It took over half an hour to get my truck. They didn’t seem to know what was going on. Disappointing to have scheduled a specific pick up time only to have to wait and then have to defrost the truck before I could leave. It all should have been ready for me.

SHERRY WGas was NOT full and all 4 tires low pressure (60 to 65 psi, should be 90), passenger mirror was HARD to adjust. Making the customer to service your truck is NOT how to win a customer's satisfaction.
MICHELLE SObviously, this is a secondary business for this location. So, service was a bit slow, however, it was good enough. I could see some issues if there had been an challenges or unfamiliarity with the equipment

John KUpon return, they did not acknowledge me returning the utility dolly and then I was charged for 2 days when I rented the truck only for 1 day. I do not know if it is the responsibility of the local location to enter this information correctly or the responsibility is on the Uhaul representative. I have created a dispute for this but I feel like this rental was handled right.
ACHYUT NThe man at Becks was great. This location in general is excellent. Easy in and out. BUT my issue was the trailer itself. Not a Becks issue, this newish device U Haul uses to secure the trailer to the client's ball. This pop lock doesn't secure tight enough. Rattled like crazy. My tow vehicle has a quiet attachment on the ball mount to receiver, so it was not my car.

DARYLE JI had a 9:00 appointment, no one was there until 9:20 to rent me the unit. When I returned, I couldn’t get a receipt, was told the “u-haul guy” comes at night and checks everything in, which is a ridiculous way to do business. I got the receipt and was charged $6.38 for fuel even though I added 2 gallons of fuel for the 16 miles I drove. I will NEVER use this location again.

JORGE SI received an invoice that include some false charges such as charge me for gas even though I filled up from my side. I also have my own insurance yet they charge me $15 without my consent. This more like a scam as if I did not review the invoice I will never find this.

FIRAT YTruck was a little older, but in good condition. The ramp was a little hard to open and close, but worked fine. Becks was easy to work with and made the rental/return process easy.
NICHOLAS MWell, the unit was clean, but the only detail I saw in the vehicle was that the brake on the left side wheel had difficulty braking and a lot of noise came from the brake disc.
FRANKLIN MThe 15' rental truck which I took was felt very old (in technology). I had to adjust the mirrors manually and roll the glasses manually. no backup camera. Otherwise I had no issues and everything went well.

William GFirst off they gave me a U-Haul with no gas and then said it’s not there responsibility to put gas in it . Truck was dirty to start off with . I got my bill they charged me 254.00 dollars. They charged me for gas and a clean up fee when it wasn’t clean when I got it and it had no gas
ANDRENEE Smobile check in was very confusing and took almost an hour to complete. Then it marked us late picking up our rental! and we ran out of time! Just awful. The buttons on the page kept refusing to let us push them and we had to refresh and try again a few times. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

RICHARD SEvery aspect of the 26ft truck was ideal. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again! The competition was double the price, although they would drive the stuff, I hired loading and unloading help through U Haul at each location, and still saved thousands!! Thank you U Haul!!!
BRIAN WEasy check in and key drop off! The 15’ truck was easy to drive.
RENEE FAs soon as we got home we realized we had a flat tire. The tire had two nails in it. Luckily roadside assistance was able to come and fix it that evening.
Alex COnly suggestion I might add is to actually have your employee there at 9am when you open on a Saturday rather than arriving at 9:07.
