the approval process seemed to take alot longer than in the past
Joshua JAt pickup location UHAUL person was busy in his own other task, did not provide essential basic instruction for Auto transport trailer. We did have very invonvienence in the begining.

I felt totally disrespected, upset and let down by the customer service; many of your employees did not seem to care about my distress. Several times i was drawn to tears by seemingly uncaring individuals that serviced my calls but im at uhauls mercy. I don't remember the lady's name. I believe it's michelle, if that's the correct woman who never states her name.She was very distasteful, and several were very disrespectful, and unprofessional. However, when I reached detroit/southfield/telegraph area for return in michigan service was great!
