I paid for 4 dozen moving pads only got 2 dozen. Would like a refund for the 2 dozen if possible. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Marty HThe 15 foot truck that I rented had virtually no air coming through the vents. Played with the knobs and turned them off while the unit was not moving it seemed that I could get the air going but as soon as the truck moved for more than a couple minutes the air turned off from the vents. This happened over and over. This week it's been 95 plus degrees outside and to have no air coming through the vents really sucked!
