I had trouble checking in with the app. It failed to upload the pics. Wasn’t positive I was able to successfully close the rental agreement.

DARYLE JI had a 9:00 appointment, no one was there until 9:20 to rent me the unit. When I returned, I couldn’t get a receipt, was told the “u-haul guy” comes at night and checks everything in, which is a ridiculous way to do business. I got the receipt and was charged $6.38 for fuel even though I added 2 gallons of fuel for the 16 miles I drove. I will NEVER use this location again.
