When dropping off the uhaul there was a group of people at the location throwing stuff and playing games and had this in my personal vehicle so I would not recommend this location

It took a while to get help.15 minutes. But a closer place was not attended at all. Attendant was top notch.
John WThe UHaul agent was not on site, had to wait over hour for him to show up. The Beck Auto dealership threatened to fire the one employee who was trying to assist. The agent should be required to remain on site or dealership needs to be trained to help. The truck was not clean in the cab, Pepsi cans left in cup holders. The gas tank was not full and it is very hard to try and figure out how much gas to get to just under 3/4 tank so returned with much more gas than I used. I have rented a lot of trucks over the years and this was the worst experience ever. Calling the help line was not much better in helping.
SUZANNE HThey did not have the truck I ordered online. Told me that you really shouldn’t reserve online! I had to pay extra money for the 20 ft truck because they did not have the 10 ft truck that I reserved. Even though I had a reservation confirmation number. I should have gotten the 20 ft truck for the price if the 10 Ft truck, which was on my reservation
