We filled the gas to the required amount but were still charged for 2 extra gallons of fuel. If someone could make sure we both agree on the right amount, then it could prevent future additional fuel charges.

The person who was supposed to sign out the u haul truck was late. We had movers simply waiting till the truck arrived. My 1 hour delay in getting the truck caused me $300
Vibin TIt’s two businesses under one roof with only one entrance to one of the businesses, no signage I saw anywhere for UHaul. The used car salesperson (literally) of the other business said it’s just a dropoff parking lot, put it anywhere and somebody will eventually take pictures and send a receipt.

Carrie KThis is a used car lot that is obviously only operating as a U-haul location for the extra money. I had to walk around the dealership looking for help with the return and was ultimately left on my own to drop off the trailer "wherever" on the side of the building. Was assured that they would check it in within the next day and was not given any sort of receipt or confirmation.
