I live locally in the area after moving into my house. I was dropping off the truck and went inside the dealership to explain I still had some other equipment I was using to help unload my belongings. The employee said that I can leave the truck on the side of the parking lot next to the other trucks and hold onto the keys until I bring back all of the equipment. About a few hours later, I did exactly that. I went inside to try and check out and there was no one to help me as they are helping other customers trying at the dealership. So I left the keys and the contract inside the drop off box on the same day I was given to drop off the equipment. It was two days later when I receive a phone call while I was out of town for my wife’s graduation and I receive a phone call asking me why is the truck still missing and when I planned to return it. I explained to the person on the phone that it was in fact dropped off on June 2nd (the day it was supposed to be dropped off.) I then see the receipt showing extra charges of the truck missing and was given approximately $296.00 of missing/damage charges when I went through the extra effort to wait and try and speak to someone yet no one was available. I tried calling the dealership while I was out of town to see what was going on and I was immediately given an attitude as for why I was calling. I didn’t even explain the reason I was calling but only to speak to the person who is in charge of running uhaul at the dealership. I was told the guy who is in charge of managing uhaul wasn’t available. This should not be the kind of experience a customer should have as there is no one appeared to be reasonable or available to assist with this issue. A complaint has been filed from this. Hopefully someone reviews this and is careful of using dealerships or other places that aren’t actual uhaul facilities to drop off the equipment. This place certainly won’t have my business.

Vijayakumar MI don't know if it was because it was a Sunday or not but there were a bunch of immigrants playing a game in the parking lot while various people are trying to pick up their Uhaul's. It's a huge liability when you're trying to back out and you can't see anything behind the Uhaul.
Juanita EThe particular truck we rented , was typical of signs of high mileage. Meaning , mainly steering is not tight , play in the steering..
