We have nothing negative to say about renting the U-Haul! The app was so easy to use, everything we ordered was inside the truck, and the price was reasonable! We picked up the truck before business hours, and it couldn’t have been easier. Thank you and we will use again!

Easy drop off. Guy outside said drop keys in the box and off we went. Few days later got the receipt for dropping off the truck.
Kelly TExperience was great. Only issue was that an employee told me that no one from U-Haul was there on Sunday so I couldn’t get the truck. I figured out that it was all digital and that was great. Employees at Becks should know that.
John BMy booking was smooth, the truck was next to new, and the pick-up and return was easy with UHaul's mobile process. The return process on the app had some issues but I eventually found a "Click Here if the site is causing technical difficulties". (it wouldn't let me upload an image due to running out of storage space for my account -apparently. When I selected this, it let me drop the key in the drop box. I went ahead and took photos of the mileage/gas, and outside to ensure I didn't get penalized for doing any of the steps incorrectly and there have been no follow up concerns since my drop off. Lindsay DThe online pickup process was terrible. We had to call U-Haul to figure it out and the wait time was outrageous. Once we finally got the truck the breaks were soft and not safe. As we had to have the vehicle we took it anyway. I had rented a dolly and there wasn’t a dolly on the truck. We called U-Haul again and they took it off our bill. I just received a $200 charge for a missing dolly!. I would have expected a call from Becks Auto Group before charging me for missing equipment. Extremely disappointed in this online service! So disappointed with U-Haul too. There is obviously not enough communication between this franchise and the company itself.
Doug ATrucks were parked very close together and very difficult to safely get out of the spot. Truck had a Check Engine Light that was lit the entire duration of rental. Took nearly 30 minutes to reach UHaul roadside service to confirm it was safe to drive. Truck is badly in need of tire balancing or alignment. Vibrated heavily in the highway during entire duration of rental.

Stuart DReservation was changed. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8am at a different location. Received a call changing pick up location to Becks. Was told that even though they don’t open until 9am I could still get the truck at 8 using app. Morning off there was no truck assigned to our reservation has to wait for an hour until the place opened. Once it was and we got the truck. There was a low tire pressure indicator light on the dash. Becks put air in the tires but the indicator light came back on and tire pressure was low again by the time we arrived at our destination

STEVEN LThe truck was great. However, the service at Becks Auto Group was less than average. Both workers were smoking outside when we arrived. They asked "Are you here for a rental" and when we replied yes, they did not seem eager to help. The UHaul trucks were parked on both sides of the very large lot and they did not even point out which side our truck was on, they just gave us the number of the truck.

Kristine SReceived the truck with 1/8 tank full (have proof showing mileage and gas) and returned above that level (again with proof). Still overcharged for gas. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
SINA EI paid for 4 dozen moving pads only got 2 dozen. Would like a refund for the 2 dozen if possible. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Marty HThe 15 foot truck that I rented had virtually no air coming through the vents. Played with the knobs and turned them off while the unit was not moving it seemed that I could get the air going but as soon as the truck moved for more than a couple minutes the air turned off from the vents. This happened over and over. This week it's been 95 plus degrees outside and to have no air coming through the vents really sucked!
Eric BThe equipment I ordered was missing while pickup, I had to spend a lot of time to speak with an agent and I had to drive to a different location to pick them up, it messed up with my schedule and I had to take an extension for my rental. Not so happy about the whole thing.

ADITHYA MOffice was closed on Saturday, despite their hours. Had no paperwork to drop in drop box. Called the location and left a message. They never returned the call. GPS drop off wouldn’t work. Call uhaul and was told I was checked in. On Monday, Noticed my app showed the rental still active. Called the store again. Got some jerk who insisted they were open when I was there. He Wasn’t on site at the time but said he was going to the store and would check and call me back. Never did. An absolutely horrible experience.
BLAKE PLights did not work on Dolly took me an hour and a half to get on the road. staff did not have a clue. I ended up fixing lights myself after staff member said he was going to get some help and left me standing in the lot for probably 30 minutes went back inside he was helping someone else… Absolutely Horrible Service!!!
JEFFREY TWas given wrong keys in the lockbox for truck I was assigned causing another call to customer service and yet another wait. This was already the second location that I had to go to as equipment/truck wasn’t at the original ordering location. This whole process that should have been easy took over 1.5 hours. It was dreadful and an unpleasant delay. It should never take this long or be this difficult.

Monika DAlthough I had a reservation, staff delayed me by a half hour in spite of having two available trucks my size. One was claimed that someone had a reservation (so did I) and the other wasn't checked back in (doesn't the user do that?) On top of this, the vehicle was very dirty in the cab and had lots of unmarked damage on it.
PAUL OTruck worked fine. It was clean. Check Engine light was on for the 70 or so miles I used it, but did not cause any problems. Becks Auto Group has a good selection of equipment and the auto check-in/return works well,
STEPHEN GI had to hold the steering wheel was at a 35 degrees for it to drive straight! It also kept shifting from 3 directly down to 1, and the AC took fr ever to work. The car smells like a barn and there were no cruise control.

Uriah SWe scheduled our U-Haul pickup for 4:30 PM to ensure we could retrieve furniture from a location that closes at 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, the U-Haul manager was not onsite at the scheduled time and didn’t arrive until 5:40 PM. As a result, we barely made it to the pickup location in time. This caused significant inconvenience not only for us but also for the individual who met us to assist with the move and the store staff waiting on us. Due to this experience, I will not be renting from a third-party location again.

Veronica RI scheduled pick up at 9am. I got there at 9:02. The opening employee was just getting there. It took over half an hour to get my truck. They didn’t seem to know what was going on. Disappointing to have scheduled a specific pick up time only to have to wait and then have to defrost the truck before I could leave. It all should have been ready for me.

John KUpon return, they did not acknowledge me returning the utility dolly and then I was charged for 2 days when I rented the truck only for 1 day. I do not know if it is the responsibility of the local location to enter this information correctly or the responsibility is on the Uhaul representative. I have created a dispute for this but I feel like this rental was handled right.
ACHYUT NThe man at Becks was great. This location in general is excellent. Easy in and out. BUT my issue was the trailer itself. Not a Becks issue, this newish device U Haul uses to secure the trailer to the client's ball. This pop lock doesn't secure tight enough. Rattled like crazy. My tow vehicle has a quiet attachment on the ball mount to receiver, so it was not my car.
