Did not interact with personnel, after hours drop off

BOBBY HIt would be helpful for the dealer to inform the customer that if they use a car dolly (as opposed to a car trailer) they will not be able to back up the dolly (and truck) once it's loaded with the vehicle.

JOHN AThe truck’s bearings weren’t well maintained, collapsed and seized driver side tire prior to arriving at destination. It could have resulted in loss of life or serious injuries.

DWAYNE PHaving product available where customer reservation is made online. Switched after I booked and had to call dispatch. Inconvenient to make reservation.
EVAN SThe location was closed. I was confused as the contract said to call a phone number. When I called there was a message saying they were closed on weekends. However, I found a poster on the window explaining for me to use my phone to go through a process to drop it off. After about 10-15 minutes, I was able to go through the directions and drop it off.
Jeffrey VThe keys would not come out of the key lock box because the of big plastic uhaul key maker. I cut my hands up trying to pull the keys out of the box.
Joseph KPickup and drop off were excellent. The U-Haul website didn’t work for check-in and U-Haul was too intrusive with requests for electronic responses (like having to confirm drop off location and time three times).

Aaron B24/7 After hours drop a day early. Sucks I couldnt get a credit for the shorter rental but again not the drop off location issue. That's on Uhaul and their lousy customer service.

Donna VMy beef is with U-Haul, not the pickup location. I think it's wrong that U-Haul is pushing responsibility for most of the rental process on the consumer. I don't feel like I got any service from U-Haul but instead did all their work for them. I'll be trying a different rental company next time.
John zWhen I returned the trailer at the other location, they said it’s an unsafe practice to detach the tow trailer while the car is still on it (they said there’s a flipping risk). I did it twice based on calling and asking Bedell, and nothing bad happened, but - not sure - you may want to reconsider that advice?

Dale GCoolant was low. Washer fluid was very low. Inside of windshield had not been cleaned in a very long time. Pick up personnel were immediately responsive to request for fluid top-off. Dispatch centers must be more thorough in servicing vehicles.
