I rented this trailer and the lady told me since I was paying cash and deposit that I would get my deposit back after I dropped it off... when I picked up the trailer all tires were inflated but not properly I had to add the proper amount of air, anyways we get going and blew out a back tire and then the other tire that was in front of that one lost air..all this happened at around 430 yesterday while we were a back headed towards Eldorado Arkansas, we were in the middle of nowhere with no cell service so I had to drive slowly until we got to the exit ramp in El dorado.. anyway from the time the flats happened at 4:30 it took the service guy 4 hours to get to us, he finally arrived around 8:00 pm and had us going by 9:00 pm.. I said all that to say this circumstances happen and I understand that but I feel like I should at least get my deposit back for returning it with two I new tires and on time.. 20 ft Truck we had rented 4 days in advance online with U-Haul was not available. No one called the day before to confirm rental so I called U-Haul after 6pm. The customer service rep I talked to said a 20ft truck was available. At pick up location only 1 truck was available, a 15ft. Bee Bop Grocery is not a clean location and the person working there didn't have a clue! Bad reflection on U-Haul!! Inside of truck smelled. I do not recommend this location to anyone.June F.

The paperwork was done incorrectly. Incorrect drop off location and date. Had to call customer service for help and was then told to return to the pickup location to check the trailer back in and check it back out to get the correct information. All this after spending almost 1 hr to checkout the trailerDAVID N.
I rented a truck for a 100 mile 1 way trip Truck was too large to access load point,, returned truck after 1 hour. Was charged fulll amount of 204.51 after returning in 1 hour. Rediculous.RODNEY B.

I've used Uhaul many times. This time was a complete disaster. I needed a 6x12 enclosed trailer. I was informed none were available. Then I was advised there was 1 in Cullen. I called the Cullen location, as I live 1 hour away, to ask if they would physically confirm the trailer was there. She would not stating if it's reserved they have it. I drove 1 hour out of my way to find they did not have the trailer. I was forced to rent a smaller trailer at the same price. My friend had to drive his truck to help me move. So this added 2 additional hours of driving and gas money. I should be refunded for poor communication and driving 2 hours out of my way for a smaller trailer.James B.
It was apparent that this store does not want the UHaul business. I'm assuming it's a mom and pop operation and the young girl working did not want to be there. After giving my information and paying, she said I would have to wait while she helped other customers. Since there were only 4, myself and my 2 sons, I had know problem with her making change for a customer. Another customer came in and she said she had to help them before helping the Uhaul customers because they only made $2 or 2% off off the UHaul people. I asked to use the bathroom while I waited and she said it was out of order, which with COVID I understood. I said hurry please while I waited for her to check out the other customer that had come in making a miniscule purchase. She then went on a rant about U Haul customers expecting service. I was appalled. She said she would have to call someone to find the key. I had the manager's number from calling to confirm my reservation previously. I stepped out of the store and called the manager. She was very pleasant and said she would call the store. As I walked back in the young lady was screaming to the lady on the phone and I believe she called her mom. Then she proceeded to pick up the key which was right beside her and tell me she didn't have to put up with MY shouting. Apparently, my sons (who remained in the store) said she was actually shouting with another UHaul customer that had entered the store. The entire episode was unnecessary and uncalled for. My son's said the other customer only asked if there was a UHaul person there. In my opinion this young lady seems extremely volatile and unbalanced. I think she should be removed or if there is an issue with their handling of your products you would be better served to find another pick-up location. I am sure I am not the first nor will I be the last to be treated in this manner since they don't make much profit being a pick-up location.Cheryl G.

We left Harrison, with just a smidge over half a tank of gas, not 3/4 full. We took it back with half a tank. We were charged $66 in fuel charges from Bee Bop Grocery to my credit card...if one considers it is a 60 gallon tank, we left with slightly over half a tank from Harrison, took it to drop off with half a tank....and if they ONLY put in 15 gallons, that equates to $4 a gallon....and more since we did not leave Harrison AR with 3/4 tank of gas in a town where regular is $2.83 a gallon. Haven't seen the ticket for the fuel, but I actually wonder if they filled the tank full, or...Janie W.

This location charged me for an extra day rental because I was 1 hour late returning the truck. That is ridiculous!!!! The lady said she had to charge me, she would have to pay if she didn't. Really???? Uhaul has been my home for years and I am very disappointed in the service I received.RICHARD H.
I was supposed to pick up my UHaul in Owasso Ok but there's was broken so I had to find a new Uhaul I found one on state line road in Texarkana near where I was going to be they sent me to cubby hole apon my arrival because they didn't have one so I went to cubby hole about 30 minutes away after already making a six to seven hour drive they said state line took theirs and I had to go to shreveport another 1hr 45mins I didn't need but I went cause I needed a UHaul that day and she was the most helpful she had a trailer and said we could get it whenever and showed us how to hook everything together and she was great the only issue is it was a HUGE hassle and inconvience to even get the uhaul in the first place everything that day was closed early the one place I had booked in advance wasn't going to help me find a new Uhaul and everything closed early and no one was willing to wait 30mins to an 1 extra for me to pick it up on the way the customer service was minimal and hard for me to stay calm but the indian lady was great wish I could remember her name for youReagan S.
The woman that runs this store is rude she wanted me to unhook the tow dolly from the truck and move it by hand also I cleaned the truck out before I took it there she called the main uhaul office and told them I left trash in the truck and did not sweep the back out so they charged me 25 dollars for cleaning and charged me 65 dollars for 10 gallons of gas I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONEJESSIE F.

Filthy local Grocer. India folks. Hard to understand. Contract stated 8 am turn in. Was there at 7:30ish. Store opens at 9 am Lady called raising cane cause I parked. Didn't leave keys. Wanted personal check in. As we expected from the BAD reviews online got flack from Lady bout Owing for Cart I didn't rent. Late fee. $40 for being late checking in. I told her she was one late not getting her as out of bed to be open by 8 turn in required of me. BS I told her she had keys. To email me receipt pd in full cause I was out. She couldn't print me one. Uhaul better look into this agent. It's a mar on U... Haul! I'm patient. I realized from reviews I could expect unpleasant dealings. Most people would give in pay up and leave mad never to use U H again. I stood my ground and laughed at the woman afterwards. Unlearned ignorant foreigner. Uhaul can go better. Check ur records. In last fifty years I have rented uhaul DOZENS OF TIMES. This was service to remember for wrong reason.James G.
The person who is supposed to help with the rental would start the process and stop and leave me wait while she sold beer. There was noone to help with hook up and when I asked about it she said my stepson could do it. No instructions for use... it took close tan hour to get the contract completed. My experience at this location was HORRIBLE! It took an hour to process the paper work, once we finished the paper work, I asked for a receipt,big mistake. It took twenty minutes to print, once I received my receipt, the copy was an old and dingy . She apologized but did not print another copy. The lights didn't work on the first dolly, the second dolly tires were low. They didn't offer to put air in the tire, instead they told us where we can go get air for the tire. Not to mentioned we had to put air in the tire several times. Returning the dolly was just as frustrating, the clerk forgot to change the information regarding the dollies. Two weeks later a representative from uhaul called me asking did I return their dolly. Wow! I will never rent from uhaul again.bridgette R.

The online system of renting is so slow. You (U-Haul) should make it faster to navigate thru. I tried to fill out the rental form on the app and just gave up. It didn't even have this location as a choice to rent a trailer from even though I could see they had several, as I pass by every day. The lady at the store was nice. But the online application took about 30 minutes to go thru, it was running so slow. She kept apologizing, but clearly it wasn't her fault. I would still rent from this location since it is so close to my home. Anyone who wants to rent a trailer will have to just be patient, it's the computer software that's slow.tracie C.
This wasn't my original pick up location. It was originally in Magnolia Ar at Smith Lawn Care then it went to Camden Ar and finally ended up getting a truck here after CSR called around and for having to go out of state they gave me an additional 50 miles. My reservation was cancelled because I didn't pick up at exactly 8a.m. The 20ft wasn't gas efficient at all. Those green bars hardly ever got over 2 in which I think it used more gas than usual. Communication is key. This was very hectic in finding a replacement on top of the move.TERESIE C.

I don't know if Uhaul allows smoking in its vehicles, but the truck smelled of cigarette smoke and there was still a cigarette lighter in the dash. It wasn't the most pleasant experience having to drive 800 miles in a truck that smelled of cigarette smoke.JASON T.

Said truth had granny attic and ramp it did not I do not think it was fair to me to have to rent another truck and have to pay people again to load my stuff that I didn't have enough room in first truck due to the fact that I was lyed. They weren't going to give me the truck after I'd driven 45 min out of my way, because lady in charge had to suddenly go out of town. Truck was suppose to be at Minden which was a much more convenient location. When I called UHAUL and fussed, I got the keys. You need to communicate better with all involved.zoe B.

The lady continued to wait on customers buying groceries and alcohol while she was trying to enter contract info for the uhaul. I waited over an hour and she had to call someone at uhaul to complete it for her. Then she couldn't find the trailer and too me to take another one. We hooked it up and she came out and said that we couldn't have that one. We had to unhook and hook up another one. It ended up costing me $100 more than what I had reserved the day before. When I dropped it off, the lady wasn't expecting it. Bad experience for me.Connie S.

open a different location in Springhill. he said he could not use the purchase made on my phone and had to redo it. after 2 and a half hours and 40 minuteson the phone with u haul the area rep told him to let me take the trailer with no paperwork.

Pay attention to what they are doing. The lady got my debit card declined twice then when I called my bank they told me it is because she was putting the wrong zip code. Then when she couldn't get it to go through the second time she left and went to talk to some man there and said this was my store and when I got my card to go through let her know. Then showed me where to enter it all in the computer. When I finished I asked for paper work and she said her printer wasn't working and she would send it to my email.
