When the truck was picked up, the fuel was on E. It was bought to the attention of the associate which stated to return it the same way that it was initially picked up, WITHOUT fuel! During the day of return that associate was not there, however another employee was very rude once he was informed of what the last associate informed us of. Basically accused us of lying about the fuel! Very unprofessional especially after my company rented the U-HAUL for 2 weeks, why would we lie about something as simple as fuel. Would NOT recommend this particular facility.

Trailer was dirty inside, added 12 blankets last minute. They were not clean or bagged. All of the blankets smelled like cat urine, could not use them.

Jarius PI was told I could just come pick up the trailer on Sunday. Then when I got there their system wouldn’t let her select either of the two trailers that were in stock. I was delayed about 1.5 hours. Eventually we made reservations for Monday and then they let me have the trailer on Sunday. Not a pleasant experience at all.
