Right sealed tail lite burned out had to replace myself. Left rear tire (random axle) had a nail and low tire pressure. Reported both to drop off U-Haul business.
RICHARD Pmanager stated he would probably discontinue hosting u-haul at his location because of related expenses. If he does, there will be a large area without u-haul. Please do what you can to keep one in the area

jim mMaybe your check in and check out policies are necessary, but they need to be streamlined. It took me over an hour to get the code for the key. I didn't know I needed 3 references coming from out of state. When I called the help line, I was on hold 10 minutes and then the call dropped before I could finish.

JAMES JI had ordered a dozen furniture blankets & a utility dolly on my reservation. The pick-up was a remote pick-up, and when I obtained the truck keys and opened the back I discovered there was only a dolly and no furniture pads. When I returned the truck, I was told that the location where I picked up doesn't stock furniture blankets. Ok... then why wasn't I notified of this prior to the pick-up? I was never called or emailed regarding this change, and I needed the furniture blankets. Poor communication. Poor service. Just a fail overall, and since it was a remote pick-up and no other UHaul location within 40 miles not much I could do about it. Also, when I did not arrive immediately at my pick-up time to get the truck, the pick-up time was moved to two hours later. Fine, but the reservation doesn't become active on the UHaul app until 15 minutes before pick-up. So when I showed up 45 minutes after my original pick-up time (the truck was obviously there), I had to contact customer service to adjust my pick-up time so that I could start to check-out process. An inconvenience, and just not necessary. Also... the truck I picked up only had 5/16 of a tank of gas. This was noted on the rental contract, but why does UHaul let ANY truck go out with less than a full tank!? Another inconvenience, and it makes estimating how many gallons of gas to put into the tank upon return difficult. And finally, after I completed the checkout I was never emailed a rental contract. As a result of all this, the checkout process took almost an extra half hour... no furniture blankets, and a truck that only had a 1/4 tank of gas.

DAVID HI was not present for the drop off. The people who returned it did not indicate they had any issues. So I suppose it was very satisfactory.

Rob FOnly if you’re doing self check in/out would I recommend this place. The receptionist inside either hates her job, or just didn’t want to be nice to me. You’re in a small town, do better and be pleasant. Thank god we’re not coming back!

Sean SMake sure equipment is properly checked in and out. Tire cords were showing on the car trailer , delayed our trip to have them fixed. Seemed upset when we requested it be fixed.
Anthony JEverything went smoothly until it was time to turn in the truck. I had issues at the site location trying to return the vehicle because for some reason neither mine nor my friend's phone would get a proper signal and it was forcing us to download the app in order to try to return the vehicle which made it getting close to time for the return and we didn't want to incur another charge for another day due to it being late for the return.
THOMAS PPerson who rented the truck to me was being racist towards other customers. My truck had a leak, it rained and many of my items were damaged/ruined. I have called and emailed corporate many times and have got no response. Very disappointed.

EMILIANO VThe uhaul company itself was not pleasant to work with. After confirming my truck location and pickup time twice with a Uhaul employee, i received a text the morning of pickup that I would have to drive an additional hour one way for the truck. While the “mileage” was free my time and energy was most certainly was not free. I had also chosen to receive a dolly in my truck, which I did not receive. The only positive I have to share was that I could pick up and drop off the truck contactless.

Travis OIf possible open on Saturday and longer hours. May be have a contract with a local business that is open 24/7 to accept your returned after hours. I returned it on Friday May 17 at 9:05 pm, (I have pictures) no one was there so I just parked and left, on my receipt it says I returned it on Saturday May 18, at 1 pm.
Eric HThe App was confusing and having a 45 minute delay to wait for a human on truck share was a set back. The location was great and I didn't have an issue with them. The inside cab of the truck was gross and could have been wiped down. I cleaned it quick as i didn't want to touch anything.

Rhonda DWhile I had no issues with the location, it would have been extremely helpful to have an email with directions and steps for what to do for an online reservation. I received nothing from UHaul except for a confirmation text and email that showed my reservation request. Once I got to the location, I wasn't aware that I had to have references called and my employer called before I was approved. At that point, I was 2 hours from home. I arrived at the location and then my app would not work and I kept getting error messages when opening the app, so I had to call the customer service number. I wasn't able to get "approved" for pickup until 30 minutes later which was extremely frustrating and an extreme waste of my time. It would have been nice to know a few days beforehand that I was approved and that my employer and references would need to be called in order for me to pick up the truck. I received none of this information beforehand and made the pick up process a mess.

Justin SThere was various damage to the exterior of the truck, that we had to make sure we noted, so it wouldn't fall on us. Also the trucks engine light was on as soon as we started it up. There was only 5/16 tank of gas in the truck.

Brian DI don't like the mileage rate is higher on weekend rentals.. I originally wanted to get a truck on Thurs & the only truck available was a 26' truck so I was advised to wait till Fri. I didn't realize until I returned it that I was paying $.30 more per mile. Had I known, I would have just waited until Mon to get a truck.
Joe EDidn't get my deposit back yet said the check would be mailed to me. If you deal with uhauls then you should do how the company you pick up from they took cash and deposit in cash. Drop off place should give cash and or check direct to people who drop off equipment

John HWhen we got there our truck was covered in 6” of snow and ice then had to walk around the truck to take pictures in about 10” of snow for the app that did not work so had to spend more time on the phone with the customer service rep. Had to long on to the website and then was receiving technical errors then the Custer service rep asked if we could go somewhere release to pick up a truck. Finally the website started working and we got out of there. Pickup time was 7:00 we got there at 645and finally got out of there about 8:00. The app sucks I recommend picking up a truck during business hours. The check out was just as bad as the check in the app did not work.

James AThe 15 foot truck we rented was clean and worked well. I have no complaints on that front. The issue was with the self pick up. The uhaul app glitched out and restarted several times. It refused to accept my driver's license images even after multiple attempts. After spending time on the phone with tech support, they were finally able to advance me to the next step. This required uhaul to call one of my references to confirm my identity. We waited over 20 minutes for this to complete. When it becsme clear that nothing was happening, we made a second call to tech support. Eventually they advanced us through to the next steps which we were able to complete on our own. All told it took a full hour to get access to our truck. I so not blame the local provider for these issues, but uhaul needs to improve its online checkout procedures significantly.

Kyle MIt would not allow me to check it in on my phone. So I clicked section that it told me to if I had problems. I checked in 24 hours early by leaving my key and contract. I called Beemers on Monday and they said since I had tried that uhaul would not charge me late fee. They did charge it and haven’t returned my phone call or responded to my text. Not happy.
