I could not use the app to return the trailer after hours so I had to return the following day when they were open.

But I had issues getting areservation once I finally got one through the app Customer support was saying they didn't have record of my reservation to assist. I had problems getting through the process to close out my rental and it also took over 20 minutes to actually start my rental and pick up my truck through the mobile option. Overall, it just seemed very difficult.

I had scheduled it one-way to be dropped off in Mascoutah, when picked up, we were talked into having an “anywhere“ drop off, we tried to drop it off in Mascoutah, which counts as anywhere however when we got there, we were told we had to take it to the Belleville Storage 20 minutes away so that added about nearly an hour of wasted time for us

RAYMOND R.Was relieved that the representative was able to complete my reservation pick-up on his designated mobile phone. A storm had taken out the internet and phones. He was able to complete it thankfully on the mobile phone since I'd taken off work for the afternoon and needed to be out of my apartment in just a few days.
