Truck was making a noise air didn’t work good
SHEINA BI havent needed to rent a truck for many years, but when it was time to help my disabled brother move, I called Uhaul near my house in St. Louis. The agent listened to my story and helped me realize that the best thing to do would be to rent closer to my brother's house, and got me started with my rental by texting the link to the reservation. The structure of the online system made it easy for me to modify the needed accessories. The nice lady working in the West Blvd. Belleville, IL office was kind, patient and helped answer all my questions. My husband and I agree it was an easy process. Thank you!
