All went well. I wasn't happy that I was charged $20 for afterhours fee. I called the office and asked. His response was that we didn't check in online for vehicle drop-off. I either don't recall him mentioning that, but I do recall asking him if they are open on Sunday and he said, NO. He instructed to just drop off the keys in the box and with his Ring system he will confirm our drop-off and time. It was returned earlier than planned. If possible, I would like the $20 credit back.

My experience with the U-Haul coordinator assigned to my reservation at the destination was equally frustrating and unhelpful. Initially, the original coordinator assured me that extending my 2-day reservation would not be an issue, as long as I maintained daily communication to request the extra days. I diligently followed this advice and even confirmed with the destination coordinator that there would be no additional charges for the extension. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I was shocked to find that I had been charged for those extra days. When I reached out to the coordinator for an explanation, her response was dismissive and unaccommodating. She simply told me to call back on Monday to speak with someone else. Overall, I would rate this experience an "F" and will certainly be exploring other options for my upcoming move.

These people are CROOKS and I will DEFINITELY be reporting them to BBB, Bend Chamber of Commerce and friend, family and all over social media. They ATTEMPTED to steal $30 from me - $20 for a RIDICULOUS AND NOT VERBALLY DISCLOSED $20 for dropping the keys in the return box and $10 for “cleaning” an absolutely SPOTLESS truck I returned (I have pictures!!) SHAMEFUL, UNETHICAL AND REPORTABLE!!!

It is hard to rate this location as it was dropped off on a weekend when the business was not opened. There could have been better signage to provide clear direction on where to park vehicles. We ended up parking along side other UHaul vehicles but it required us to pop over a curb to park it in a gravel area. There were not any personnel available to speak with so we ended up using the Online return process. All in All the process was not bad and similar to other locations that we have dropped off equipment.

I used online/phone check in. It almost worked perfect. The instructions said to get in lock box number 5 and had a picture. Only problem-there is only lock boxes 1-3 located at the front door. Couldn’t find lock box number 5 anywhere. Had to call customer support and waste 30 min. Lock box was located on the back of truck. If that was in the instructions it would have been absolutely perfect. Love the process of just picking up the truck without standing at the counter. Just need to update that specific locations pick up instructions.

I was charged fees that were not expected before, and the van was not cleaned out before my arrival. I will not rent from this location again.
