Uhaul website closed the "check condition of rental out" prior to completion, so I could not upload the broken mirror, check the condition of the vehicle completely, no fuel, nor picture/verification of mileage.

Dolly wasn't in vehicle like said. Late to check in got called and had a voicemail saying they were reporting it stolen. Got charged for 3 days when was only in possession 34 hrs we were checked in at the desk and wasn't informed we had to check in on our mobile phone and didn't realize until after keys were deposited in drop box and they charged me $260.

Make it clear that these are in town rentals only, as I spent $100 more than I planned to and spent 4 extra hours driving due to the lack of clarity. Make sure your express pickup actually works instead of forcing me to spend an hour on the line with different customer service people. Don't make me reinput the same driver info 3 times because your system doesn't work. And if I pay for a dolly, actually give it to me.

fine smalltown location, when I need u haul I typically use Benjamin's, staff is helpful and courteous, location is a little hard to use, parking lot is small and awkward, office is in an old house, but service is good, thank you

The truck I was assigned kept jolting us forward and backwards down the highway. Got off of the highway and when braking down the off ramp it went into a full throttle jerking. Whiplash style. I didn't think we were going to be able to stop. We only had 35 more miles left of our trip so I just went 45-50 mph the rest of the way. There was nobody at the location when dropping off (It was after hours). Uhaul.com let me do the trailer return but when trying to do the truck return it didn't let me finish it. I tried twice so I eventually ended up just turning the key and contract in the drop box. It's too long of a process to keep trying to do it online over and over again.

The person at the front desk gave me a drop off time for my truck and was adamant about punctuality but when i dropped off the truck, the office was closed outside of standard hours of operations. In my opinion it's kind of rude and unprofessional to stress punctuality to someone and not practice what you preach.

Trailer is advertised as 6' x 12' but with the gate the opening is only 56” because for some reason the gate is not the full width. Disappointed that I did not catch it before trying to pick up my new side by side that is 58” wide.

Returning the vehicle was frustrating because the u-haul app kept telling me to upload a picture of the mileage and fuel even though I had already done it several times. Finally my son looked it up and other users suggested using the browser on the phone instead of the app. Once I did that, it worked fine.

Let the customer know how to do a return after hours. My email said return by 330 I did but the guy never said they closed at noon. Had to call uhaul hot line that lady was amazing. Because I didn't know what to do with the trailer.

The Uhaul app did not want to cooperate when we tried to return the trailer. After several tries and no help or return message from Customer Service it finally let us complete the return.

Significant works needs to be put into the mobile app and website to improve pick-up & return process. The website takes a very long time to load (and when it does load it tends to crash). As for the app I attempted for 15-20 minutes to take a picture of my odometer / fuel gauge during the return process and the app would not recognize the photos I was taking. Uhaul is a decent service when picking up and dropping off in person but when you have to go through the "streamline" no-contact channels it becomes a pain / nearly impossible.

Rented a truck from Findlay, OH to pick up a bed in Fostoria, OH I get there and realized there is lock on the latch for the back door. Tried calling customer care and they had me send then a picture of the lock and told me someone was on the way to come cut the lock and let me. Bout an hour later I get a call them telling me they wont cut THEIR lock then told me to go all the way back to Findlay and get different truck. And leave the bed we bought at this person's house that wont be there cause they are moving and are at there new house We also had to pay our baby sitter more to watch our kid longer! Using up gas to keep warm that expect to be put back in HA. All around treated like we didnt matter by the uhaul company and a lock was more important!! I am beyond pissed this is not right in anyway. I will never be renting from uhaul again! Uhaul? More like ugetfucked. The only positive part this was the guy at the store was very helpful and did get me set up after hours. And save me the hassle of the online checkin stuff. But maybe should have checked that my truck wasn't locked up before he sent me on my way?

Going thru the steps to checking in before hours is a little annoying but understandable... plus getting the code for the lock you have to search for it instead of being told what it is. Other than that everything was great.

Don't charge fuel charges when the tank is only half full when you pick it up. Filled it back up to half full as it was when we picked it up. Got charged anyway.

Honestly, worst experience for moving in an already stressful enough situation with moving. Was promised 24:7 pickup, only to get there for pick up, be charged for the truck, and unable to get it until the following day. Then charged twice for the rental. Was on hold both times regarding the situation for over 45 minutes before getting a representative. Your motto is “making moving easier” but in reality It literally made our moving experience the absolute worst with uhaul.

Truck was worn out, engine was missing on at least 1 cylinder and basically dumping fuel out of the tailpipe. Box had obviously not been swept out after the last use and had dirt and trash inside. Location stated that the truck was full on fuel but was clearly not full which became apparent after I filled it up to return. I am guessing I could have put about half as much fuel in it as I did. Employee was nice, and helpful which is the only reason it is a 2 star instead of a 1. Parking lot was small and crowded but I was able to get in relatively easily. My reservation was for a different location, but the update email about this was not clear and I went to the original location instead. Truck rental was supposed to be set up for 24hr check in but it was not.

So many hidden charges. The employees were great and did their job I have no complaint on that. The thing that was awful was all the hidden charges and the vehicle being severely in poor condition

The uhaul's battery died while I had it in my possession. The size rating for what you can move and fit is completely wrong. They gauge cluster glass was cracked the hood release latch area was messed up and the vehicle smelt. The uhaul rental facility was nice and the person I rented from was friendly as well. Only good thing was the person.

Personel Changes Needed to be made to this Location Next time I have to rent something I will go to Ottawa Ohio At First Klass Storage and Lawn care. Your Main street Findlay Ohio location Is A Absolute Joke Compared to Klass. As A Matter of fact I Would Seriously Consider Closing the Doors Or Changing All Of the Personel at that Location

Horrible experience all the way around! I booked my u-haul 2 weeks in advance online, it offered me $30 cheaper to return the rental farther away so I accepted that. When i went to pick up the u-haul thqt no longer existed, and I was charged more than they had said. It was also supposed to offer an extra day, which the date they put on my contract was 2 days out but they put I only had for one day. They also charged me for extra miles that were in the original quote, to where it doent even add up. They gave me 74 miles when google maps said it was close to 90. So on top of being charged more than what it was when I booked it, they charged me an extra $69.50 for being late and extra miles. MY CONTRACTS DATE WAS 2 DAYS AFTER MY RENTAL PERIOD STARTED AND I RETURNED IT IN 26.5 HOURS. IVE MESSAGED U-HAUL MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY WONT REAPOND. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY THAT I WILL NEVER SO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!!!

I refused to pay that amount until I get a reimbursement for the horrible service I experienced and all the lost time to get the key. I schedule at 4 pm and the place was closed before 4 pm after the dispatcher reassured me It closes at 5pm and schedules the pick up at 4pm. I had to wait 30 mins to have someone get my contract moved to 24/7 to access the key. After having that changed I had to contact your developers because the website wasn't adding my contract to my account and I couldn't release the keys till then. After 3 hours I was able to get the keys at 7 pm! After getting the keys the vehicle was dead! I had to jump-start it and on top of that, I paid for moving blankets that were not in the van at all.

The vehicle was in such disarray of condition from Smelling like a Over used ashtray. Service Needed that has evidently been ignored for what ever reason. Then having the where with all to try to blame all of these things on Us. That is BULL SHIT. I was responsible for the caretaking a rental fleet. For a Dealership. From Cleaning to making sure that all Fluids were all good to go. And if a vehicle needs to be repaired or replaced I notified the service manager to get the vehicle in for service and whatever else was needed. As My Dad said if you can't take care of it don't Even get into it
