This location was excellent. I am very disappointed by your mobile services. I had trouble booking this truck from my phone, so I did it on the laptop. During check in this evening, I tried three times in the app and three times in my phone's browser, to no avail. Each time, I would try to advance through the steps and it would start me over. I turned the truck in on time with a full tank, but wasted 15 minutes trying to get the checkin to work.

It was hard to contact anyone at U-Haul on N.Main St, Findlay, Oh when I called last week. I went to their office last Friday, found a note on door that they were at lunch, so I came back an hr later. So, i called the number shown on window, got thru and scheduled an enclosed small truck to be picked up on Saturday, June 7th. I picked it up on Saturday, loaded up everything from garage & took it to a storage area on State Route 68. My son helped me unload everything and returned truck! Everything worked just fine. My son also got fuel so it had a full tank when he dropped it off at U-Haul business, N.Main Street, Findlay. The cost eas VERY REASONABLE. THANK YOU.SHARON SMALLEY.

Make it more affordable. Pricing says starting at 19.95 ended up being 3 times that and getting the keys was a nightmare over an hour on the phone with customer service at the location for over an hour was ridiculous

The uhaul application is horrible I wasted 2 hours between pick up and drop off. I was told that I would have a person at pick up and there wasn't any one. Then when I returned during business hours there still wasn't any one on site to check me in. I wasted an hour before I could finalize the check in with the on site staff once they showed up.

Misled about pick up Point for 5x9 open bed trailer. Returned during regular op hours. No staff there. Had to unhook and park trailer myself. Attempted to call dealership to advise the return. No answer and no answering message service. Eventually resolved but not easily. Dealership needs to be professional and customer friendly.

My overall experience with this U-haul place was pretty good!! I will say the first truck I was going to use was pretty clean, but ended up having to use a different truck that wasn't as clean, the windshield needed cleaned, but still useable. The person in charge was knowledgeable and friendly.

Improve the online process for returning the u-haul. Had to drop the truck off Saturday after hours, took pictures, and went in the next day to make sure it was received.

While my attempt to drop off using the mobile service was also a huge problem and I had to return the next morning which I had not planned on, the gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant, helpful, and had me out the door in under 10 minutes.

the owners of the company had rented the truck online. when i arrived i was outside going through the process online when the guy who runs the place told me to stop i didnt have to do it online to come in and he could do it faster. i went inside and the guy started doing the stuff on the computer he then said that he needed my credit card. i told him the company credit card was already online and the last time i did an online check in i didnt need a credit card and that uhaul had charged the credit card on file after i dropped off the truck. he said that the truck could not leave the lot without him putting a credit card in the computer because he doesnt have access to the company credit card online. i asked him if i gave him my personal if mine was going to get charged instead of the company one and he said yes he was going to put mine in as the main card and that the company could just pay me back. a few minutes into the process he told me to get back online and cancel out of everything i had already started because he was having problems chainging the credit card. so when i got back online i tild him i was having problems getting out of it but i ended up filling out the rest myself. he then told me wow thats weird it already says your done. i then asked him if my credit card was still going to be charged and he said no uhaul must of finished the process on there own. he gave me my card back and told me the only reason to use the online service is if you need a truck and the store your picking it up from will be closed when you need it otherwise just come to the store and pay for it here because if you do it online we dont get our cut for atleast a week. from now on i will ONLY be using the online service and will pick up the trucks from another place. i will not give uhaul itself a bad review just the place i got my last truck from. Also when i picked up the truck there was dried mud in the cab of the truck and trash in the back of the truck. there was a 2 liter of mountain dew behind the drivers seat that rolled as soon as i hit the gas.

We rented the uhaul for 24 hours, we delivered it back before my due time. And your employee made a comment about someone else was waiting on it. A different employee when we picked it up said "tree hugger" when I chose to donate. To be clear he didnt call me a "tree hugger" he just used it in a sentence about the donation

I placed the order online a week before we needed the truck and provided all the necessary information. When we arrived at the rental office we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We used the truck to pick up 140 cases of Girl Scout cookies so we finished in just a couple of hours and simply had to drop off the keys. I received an itemized invoice through email. I have used UHaul 3 years now for our cookie pickup and wouldn't consider doing it any other way.
