Well, when picking up the U-Haul it was absolutely disgusting. We had to spend about 30 minutes sweeping out the back of the truck, and cleaning and sanitizing the cup holders. We were totally disappointed with the way we found the U-Haul truck.

The truck cab was not swept or vacuumed. Dash was dusty. It was a bit bothersome to have to take pictures of every angle on the outside and a picture of the dashboard and a picture of the cab interior. Otherwise, the process was okay, but would much rather interact with an actual human being whenever possible.

Before to go I reviewed the info of the place and the website says open 9am-12pm I arrived at 11am and nobody was here, so I did everything alone.

There is absolutely no way to turn a vehicle around in this place. I drove in with my trailer and was surrounded by other uhaul trucks and trailers. There was no space to turn around so I had to park in the middle. I scheduled my drop off time for 4:21pm and no one was there to help or checkin the equipment. I had to pay a late fee because I had to take the time to unload my own equipment and used my car jack to get the trailer up because it was so heavy. Then when I went to checkin the equipment with the app it was considered after my time and I had to pay a late fee. I was so frustrated that I paid it and moved on. What I’m frustrated the most with is the fact that there no zero space to turn around in this place. I was not able to have the trailer attached and turn around to put it in a nice location for the next user. I just had to get the trailer off and then shimmy my way out with a 20 point turn.

Worst first time experience ever. Went to pick up U-Haul and it was parked in. Could not take at that time. Had to be picked up and dropped off the following day.

Uhaul was not clean. Blankets missing and dolly was not zip tied in like they are supposed to be. I did not use or need them but didn't want to be charged for them either.

Both locations were excellent. My only complaint is that our 10’ wasn’t available so we were given a larger truck at the same price, but we went 180 miles, so it cost us more in gas. We had the truck for less than 24 hours. It was already expensive enough.

There were a lot of other U-Haul vehicles in such a limited area that it was hard to take the required pictures for the return of the U-Haul.

I will be disputing my charge for the U—Haul that was rented, I book the rental though U-Haul over the phone, when I asked for a later pick up I was told from the person on the phone this would not be a issue thanks to the Mobil app that is now offered, I set my pick up for 7:30pm, under the reservation number 27247412. I book my movers for 7:00 the next morning to help load my items. I drive to pick up the truck Friday night only to find out it could not be picked up (then why was I offered the after hours pick up) I then went to to go get it in the morning at 7:45 to make sure I could get a truck. When I got there I told Terry ( the owner of the shop) that my reservation was set for 7:30 last night for at 17ft truck and an appliance dolly (which they also didn’t have) and everything was accepted. Since U-hauls policy is if they fail to uphold there end of the reservation then customers would get 50 off there ticket. I was very calm and nice when mentioning this. Terry looked me in the face and said “not here your not getting 50 off from me” and could not have been more rude, I stayed calm and showed him where on the website it said this and he said “ I don’t care what that says, you don’t have to get a truck from here”. Already purchasing movers I had no choice, and I explained to him I’ll just talk to corporate about this, and I was not there to argue with him. If I do not see the 50 come off the bill I will be disputing the charge and have pictures of everything that uhaul promises on there side.
