Easy pick up. The girl working here was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 10 mins max!
TODD TFuel wasn't full when I picked it up. Apon return waited 1/2 hour after opening time for someone to show up.

Marci bI do nit understand a cleaning fee I drove the truck 10 miles in total didn't eat or drink in it and gas was full.i guess since they didn't make money on mileage they had to make it another way. Gentslman was very rude. The young lady that was there when I picked it up was exceptional!

MARIA WSecret handled everything quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. I wish every business I dealt with had someone like her in their office. The price was fair, even if it rarely makes sense how a $20 rental always ends up costing four or more times that amount.

Esti PThe girl who helped us with our equipment pickup was great. Only issue I had was that one of the tires had low air pressure. Turns out that the tire had a slow leak. Just glad I had my portable air compressor with me. Location was very convenient.

JAKE KOwner tried to charge an extra 25.00 cleaning debris off the floor. I’ve been rented trucks that were dirty but never complained. And the owner acted clueless in regards to applying a discount to my rental bill. I would never recommend this location.

EDWARD RWithout saying a word, my $39 reservation quote became $52. They added unneeded and not wanted insurances. Never saw the invoice until afterwards when I complained about the charge discrepancy. UHaul main staff made an $8 adjustment. Without a sales tax credit. The young lady, Emily(?), who made the reservation from another Hwy 16 location by the recycling center was EXCELLENT. They didn't have a trailer was why I had to go to the one across from Stacy's.
THOMAS NThe facility was supposed to be open until 2:00; we arrived at 130 and a sign on the door said they were closed today (July 20th).
WILLIAM ALocation was easy to find but not so lucky locating someone who worked there. Went into the "office" and it's an empty building, a little desk in the corner but no one there. Walked around the entire area saying "Hello", went to an area where trucks were being cleaned and no one there. Finally saw a guy who was somewhat helpful. Just glad to get it dropped off and on my way.

Francis MMake sure the customer agrees to the $15.00 "insurance" charge before billing.
JAMES SWhen I picked up the trailer it had 2 marker lights that didn't work due to broken wires and the license plate light was broken off it's mount and not working. Facility should have done a proper equipment inspection during or prior to pickup and substituted for another trailer, they had 3 of the same type at the time.

HENRY SCouldn’t tell you because they decided to close early for the day so I had to return the truck electronically. Side note U-Haul didn’t have the truck I reserved at the location I chose, so 12 hours before I was supposed to pick up the van U-Haul called with a bunch of excuses and I had to change my entire plan to meet U-Hauls availability. So I had to drive extra miles in a truck I didn’t reserve. I will not be using U-Haul again.
Lewis WThe truck had difficulty starting multiple times. I was also made to clean up a mess in the cab that i didnt even make to avoid an extra charge because the vehicle clearly wasnt inspected well enough before being handed off to me. So a previous renter made a big mess and i was basically blamed for it
KYLE AThe trailer leaked and much of the cargo got very wet. Not sure yet if anything was ruined. Will contact U-Haul Monday to discuss.
CHRISTINA SUhaul is such a bait & switch business model. Why are you charging per mile and then charging for gas? $1.29 per mile is egregious. Charge what you’re gonna charge for the truck rental and give people unlimited mileage.
