The location knowingly rented me a 20’ truck with the “check engine” light on. When I called the station to report it ( we were in process of driving) they said they knew it was on and has been on. They said they have no control over that and that U-Haul corporate runs the trucks and decides when they need to be maintenanced. Whether that is true or not to knowingly rent a truck to a customer with the check engine light on when a customer is traveling back and forth while moving is bad customer service. What would have happened if that truck broke down when it was full of furniture, etc? I find that disturbing and unacceptable.

JAMES JI booked online and showed the guy at the store my reservation number and the quote amount. Then after i leave the store with the truck i notice inwas charged double what i was quoted online and according to him that just what it is and theres nothing he can do about it.
