The owner or manager of the store was not there and he told my husband his reason for that is because he didn’t have enough business to come in. I would have used a different location if he would have disclosed he does not actually go into the office. I made the appointment with the location directly and not through the corporate number. When I called him to get help because I was having a hard time with the app he said “read the directions” in a rude and condescending manner as he was disconnecting the call. There was another customer outside with the same frustration because he also didn’t know they were not open and was also having a hard time getting his truck. Moving is already stressful and he made our day worse. Because of him I will never use u-haul ever again. There are numerous other companies we can use that won’t treat thier customers this way on the most stressful day a person can have. I 100% will not recommend u-haul to anyone after this experience.

Scott KThe posted hours for this location are 8am- 5pm. I got there at 4:15 and it was closed. The process to gain access to the lock box for the key was cumbersome given the uhaul app didn’t recognize me as a customer even after renting from Uhaul over 10 times in the last 4 years. The truck’s cup holder had about 1/2” of water in it from the rain that day
