Great customer service
Diana MurphyEmployee actually counted the blankets and that's when we discovered that we only had 30. Most were not in bags, but were loose. I should have counted before I left the Hamilton location, but again, we were on a tight schedule.
Ken WardThis UHaul pickup location was amazing! I received a call the night before verifying all of the rental information. The gentleman I spoke with said they would be closed on Saturday, but if we had any problems or issues he would come out and help! There was a small mattress that was left in the truck from a previous renter. Called this location again to let them know of the issue and was told he would work with the field manager to get this fixed. Excellent customer service!!
Jill BocianBefore just filling up the gas tank we thought we had filled per ridiculous guidelines (on rental sheet., please let us know and we can correct. We thought we were doing the right thing, and got gouged $$$$ for about 5 gallons. Not right.
James BerseeI've been charged a lot more than I was supposed to for renting a UHaul and plan to call the company on Monday to sort it out. I have in total 2 charges for my UHaul totaling $124.10. The first charge is on 11/24 at 1:39PM for $75.92. The last charge is from 7:39am for $48.18 that was charged today (11/25) even though I moved yesterday? My understanding was that the $48.18 was all that I owed given it calculated the mileage and the cost of the truck, so I'm unsure where this $75.92 charge is coming from. If this is corrected to the proper amount I'm willing to adjust these reviews but I'm not pleased as of right now. Would not recommend to a friend.

Daniel FrayThe agent was very helpful. Very close to my home, but their inventory is slim. Just happened to have what I needed. Gave location AVERAGE rating simply because U-Haul is not their primary business. All my experiences with U-Haul have been very positive.
Martin RossolSecond time I have dropped here, large parking area, easy to drop truck and trailer. Mike was very helpful with drop off. I did use U-haul's electronic drop off, via text link from phone this time, super easy and fast.
Roger BorerPersonnel did not come out to help until it became very frustrating. Location said it opened at 9am and the doors were locked when we got there at 9:30am.

JEFFREY SIMMONSThey don't carry the balls or connectors for the trailers. Bring those with you or you will visit the New O'Reillys like we did. All in all, great place to pick up a trailer.

ed quaintance1. An upfront guideline on how self checkout at a neighborhood store works. For a first timer, i was confused as to what are the next steps while I was waiting for approval. 2. Checkin on the app did not work. Had to use the browser to complete the process. The app went into a blank screen repeatedly.

ROBERT MILEYThis entire uhaul experience was AWFUL! I reserved a truck for Napoleon Ohio, less than one mile from where I was going. Only to get a call the day before that I was going to have to drive 45 mile one way to pick up a truck and be charged .99 per mile!! They did find one only 25 mile one way but it was $10.00 more being way larger than what was needed. I would not recommend u haul and I hope I don't have to use them again! What should have cost me around $40.00 cost me over $121.00 ! Outrageous and unhappy! I deserve a refund of the entire amount for all of the hassle!

Anthony LammersThe only reason I gave this location 4 stars out of 5 is because the available parking spaces for the trucks require excellent backing skills. Not all drivers may have those. But it's so nice to have a location out near where we live, and the staff there is super helpful. I had GREAT difficulty with your mobile check-in and return, however. When asking for an alternate phone number (which you could have asked me at the time of reservation) there was no indication that it was going to be live called. I gave a number for a relative who was busy at the time and had to come up with another contact. The site should note that the agent is going to contact that person. The most problematic part seemed to be whenever it had to access my phone's camera to take pictures. It kept crashing and reloading the page, on both the mobile website and the app. I had to go all the way back to the beginning of the process. When returning the truck I got so frustrated -- it had already been half an hour, my young son was wandering around the parking lot, it was getting dark -- that I just gave up and threw the key into the dropbox and left. Luckily I called the business owner the next day and he said he would wave the fee for having an agent check out the return. I really hope you can resolve those issues. Otherwise this would have been a very easy process. The stickers on the truck (lift gate, console, etc.) are very helpful with directions on how to use it. That was much appreciated.
Rebecca Conklin KleiboemerMake the mounting and dismounting of the trailer less strenuous. Having to manually lift the tongue on and off the tow vehicle is extremely difficult for a 71 year old man and even worse for any woman!
