Patrick SAlthough I reserved a dolly to move with, there was not one in / with the truck. I was never refunded for the charge of $12, which I incurred, despite there being no dolly. Parking lot was not very well lit, it had water / mud puddles all around the truck. The key lock-box was not easy to find, was FAR from the truck, and the lock for it was very stiff to unlock, so that I could get the keys for the truck. The location is isolated and did not feel safe.

Eddie WPretty good. Only complaint was the U-Haul nearly being out of gas when we got it, though we were notified of the issue and this location is close to a gas station. So it wasn’t a big issue. The guy we talked to was very nice and helpful.

Patricia HYour website return rental policy makes it very difficult to get it back to a close dealership. That part of the process is to benefit U-Haul not the customer. Not a good thing.
John SLock on the lockbox was rusted and had to call for help 3 times before I could get it unlocked witch took well over an hour to pick up the truck. This experience was so bad I will never use UHAUL again for any type of rental.
KEITH HThe placed was closed when I arrived and was having major issues with the online check in which is not user friendly at all. Along with phone support which didn’t offer much support as well. Fortunately an employee showed up to check on something and graciously helped out with the pick up of the truck. The booking store where we made the reservations was terrible.

Mekeltinay BThey did not have moving blankets, even though the website said they did. But they said that that's a U-haul problem, that the website was out of their control. I should have called to confirm. But all worked out well, I was able to use some old bedspreads.

DANIEL CYou can look back at my original ticket that I did online. I declined on the additional warranty coverage online. The agent at this location, did not ask if I wanted it, he just automatically applied it to by bill. That cost me an additional $40 that I did not agree to. When I signed the pad, he did not show me a breakdown. I asked why it was more than I did online and he commented that doing it online doesn't really do anything for you and that he has to do it all over. I asked for an explanation of the increase and he blew me off with that it was from sales tax.

Joseph CI was originally sent to a location the stopped renting U-Hauls. They directed me to the correct location. The U-Haul did not have any of the dolly's I requested and was still charged for them. It took extremely too long to check in and get the keys to the UHaul. I had to contact customer service for them to fix my reservation in order for me to get the truck. I was over an hour late meeting the movers. The interior of the truck was dirty. Highly disappointed.

shauna si will never use this u-haul location or shop at the ace hardware in berwick or bayou vista. nor will i recommend it to anyone. the lack of professionalism is appauling.

Steven HThe lock was stiff and took several attempts to open.. The website was also exceedingly slow and crashed my trying to get the vehicle. Not a local problem but a national one.
Edward MWhen I received the truck, I noted that the ABS light was on, the truck also indicated that the Stabilitrack needed servicing. The AC also only worked intermittently. The driver side door also sounded odd like it had broken glass inside the door or something. The truck really should not have been released in this condition and should have had been better maintained.

Denise GI made a reservation for pickup down the street from my house. They didn't have the truck, said they never heard about my reservation and sent me 2 hours away to pick up my truck and tow dolly. I also ordered furniture pads and a moving dolly. I did not receive either. The taillight on the tow dolly was out so I returned it. The people I returned it to never did the paperwork for it, so when I returned the truck I had to wait for the Uhaul employees to figure out what to do. The whole experience was a mess and set our move behind by about 30 hours. The truck drove beautifully though.
