The placed was closed when I arrived and was having major issues with the online check in which is not user friendly at all. Along with phone support which didn’t offer much support as well. Fortunately an employee showed up to check on something and graciously helped out with the pick up of the truck. The booking store where we made the reservations was terrible.

Mekeltinay BThey did not have moving blankets, even though the website said they did. But they said that that's a U-haul problem, that the website was out of their control. I should have called to confirm. But all worked out well, I was able to use some old bedspreads.
