Include the equipment that I requested to have in the first place (furniture and equipment dolly).
Vianey MOrdered a dollie two days before pickup and when I arrived I was told we don't have dollies, very disappointed and kinda screwed me big time,,,,poor job guys
Daniel WVery easy transaction. Van was very clean and easy to drive. I much prefer it to a truck. Staff was helpful and polite.

Tabitha SIt was a gas station... When I set up a pick up location, I did not get a notification that the one I chose (Forest Park, IL) was not the one I was where my rental truck was. I was told at the Forest Park location that someone should have called me... it was inconvenient, but not the end of the world. At the Gas Station, everything happened fast and no questions were asked of me or any recommendations given. It's much better to pick up a truck at a UHaul location where the staff make you feel like they are looking out for you. It was fine, but really just a "meh" location.
Michael KI wasn't the person that went in to drop it off, so I have no comments about the drop off location to add ( so take the No answers as N/A). But I will say that the people that are supposed to answer the phone at (708)377-5169, seriously need a talking to!! They never answered the phone from an hour after I picked up the U-haul on a Wednesday through Friday at 1:00 pm. I made 13 phone calls and was on hold for a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes!! They are supposed to verify your drop off location. So the whole time you are worried about being charged extra, because that's what happens in todays world!!
Tom Bthe U-Haul app has the correct address, but if you click on the address link, it takes you the middle of Lake Michigan. This then will not let you check in for pick up as the GPS shows you not if the right place. The work around was to go to the web based U-Haul site but that was after 45 min waiting on the phone for a rep for help.
BORIS VOrdered a dolly, because I needed one. There was no dolly. Comment by attendant...they removed the charge. That doesn't help me Also, attendant added some random charge that was almost a third of my total. Customer action file in progress.
Lynn BIt's a small gas station and they really don't know what they're doing. The truck was on empty when I picked it up and the furniture dolly I requested wasn't in the truck. When I asked for it the guy behind the counter told me they do not have those there. I also asked him to extend my drop off time to 10pm which he said he did and did not do. I had to call myself when I noticed it 30 mine before the drop off time. Worst Uhaul experience I've ever had. Will not be returning to this location ever.

Linda YI do not have much money. I am poor. When I received your statement I was shocked. I was charged 2 days. We didn't even have the truck for 2 HOURS. On my bank statement the first charge was for 40.69. That's great, that's ok That's around what I expected to pay for a truck advertised for $19.95 a day locally. Then I was charged another $ 80.15!!! What the ......The person behind the counter was ringing up lot's of customers from this small neighborhood store while he was helping me so It took a long time. He was the only one there. The U haul statement says I had the truck from 6/14 at 2:13 to 6/16 at 1:44, that is a lie. I'm sure this place has cameras that will prove when I dropped it off. Anyway, I have ALWAYS used U Haul in the past and never had a problem. I am sure this will be resolved and I do want to use your company again. Happy Fathers Day! Thank you Kim Angelus

Frederick JSpilled coffee, dried and sticky all over cab. Smelled of Marjana smoke in cab. Truck rented for 6 hours, charge on bill was 3 days. Still waiting on refund.

Truck was at 1/2 full added gas to the truck and returned the truck again very rude - just put the keys on the counter and would not come to look at truck. trying to charge me about 100.00 for things I don't owe. going to corporate
Denise II will not recommend U-Haul to ANYONE. The issue was NOT the location. The issue was that the U-Haul tech interface did not allow the location to assign me the available truck. After spending more than an hour on the phone with 3 different representatives they told me the location rep was wrong. I saw the tech interface screen myself and he was NOT wrong. If there had been a way for him to get support instead of him calling and being put on hold, and me calling and waiting on hold then getting passed around, perhaps someone could have helped him. It took 2 HOURS to get the truck AND there were no dollies or furniture blankets. That was something that was NOT communicated to me. I had to drive to another town to try to pick them up. I was told - by the U-Haul phone rep - that the NEW location would know I was coming and DID have the equipment in stock. They DID NOT have the equipment in stock and they did NOT know I was coming. This set my move back by 3 hours and we had to reschedule the freight elevator and wait 5 additional hours to move in. It created a very stress-filled and frustrating experience.

Januario GStaff were cold and rude, not accomodating. The truck itself was making noises the whole time I had it and there was stuff in the back when I received it. There was no clear place to park the truck at the location. I originally booked to to a mobile pickup/drop off but I don't see how that would have been possible.
Kristin WI had rented the uhaul last week , and the reservation had said it was going to be $34 plus a $.99 per mile and I used the truck for under 2 hours & they added $66 dollars for rental tax. & my total was 143 for less than 2 hours. DO NOT GO HERE AND RENT A UHAUL THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
